I had a simial experience to some below but with a good outcome, I ordered a Geo flail mower only to be told it was out of stock. The mower is still advertised as available on the website. QBP offered me a replacement but more expensive mower instead, then offered me the option of the optional flap to clear blockages/change flails. I was happy to agree to the upgrades as I got £120 discount on the total price. I am very happy with the flail, once built it started first time and gives a great cut. It's a shame to go through the extra stress of buying a product that's not available, otherwise, QBP communicated well and got the mower to me very quickly. I was extremely impressed with the driver from Evans Transport who could not have been more helpful.

Recently bought Tesseract Cargo Box for my Can Am Outlander, no problem with ordering, friendly customer service, pretty quick with replying to messages. Only retailer in the country that got the stuff I wanted.

Have to say very happy with recent purchase, good quality , solid construction , easy assembly, quality trailer, not cheap but better than expected with prompt contact.... will be looking at buying more and would recommend

Ordered goods on the 18th and they arrived on the 23rd. Kept informed of the status by email. Goods as expected. Very pleased. I was a bit nervous as some feedback was very negative. This was definitely not the case with my order. Clear website, delivery faster than expected. Good overall service!

Shockingly, I had EXACTLY the same experience as the review below, ordered a flail mower to be told that it had been damaged in transit and were now out of stock, if I would wait I would get 3 free belts. The following week I was then told that they had ‘diverted’ one to me, of course no free belts. This one arrived damaged by the metal packing crate, scratched paintwork and dents. I asked to send it back for a replacement to be told that they had no stock and would not replace. Truth is they had put the price up by £100. After almost 2 weeks it was collected and another two weeks has passed, no refund. I messaged today to be given a pathetic excuse about having to check all the parts were there and the refund was made today. This company is DIABOLICAL, avoid like Covid, seriously they are that bad. They give so many false excuses and delay everything, well mannered when dealing with them but absolutely appalling in practice.

Worst company ever, obviously should have read these reviews, nothing new though. Ordered a flail mower, got an email about 10days later with a picture saying it had been damaged in transit & would send new one with 2 free accessories, belts. Now 7 days later sends email saying has cancelled order and if I still want the mower I have to re-order. What a joke, total cowboy company. Do Not Trust!!!

I was concerned when I read the negative reviews of this company and even more so when my order of a flail mower was damaged in transit. However, Quadbikeparts sent a replacement mower with free 24hour delivery and I'm absolutely delighted with it. So my own experience has been very good with this company

Avoid this company! The customer is always wrong, seems to be the arrogant motto. Having spent €3.000 and two months of constant emailing I still don’t have a working tipping trailer for a quad bike. The manager wouldn’t take phone calls and now emails bounce back.

Website allowed me order a tyre. Company subsequently emailed merely saying order has been cancelled can only be ordered in pairs. No apology. No recognition of inconvenience. Webite should only permit orders of pairs if that is the case.

Pretty dire customer service here . Ordered a £1650 flail mower , in stock and 6 working day delivery , a week later , email saying my mower had been damaged In transit 🙄and they had no more in stock .( despite still showing in stock on their website ) However if I could wait a week the newer and more expensive model would be in stock and not only would they do at the same price they would throw in extra blades , I agreed on the provision they would despatch , and express 2-3 days the following Thursday. Wednesday came and yet another lame email saying that the shipment would not be in until the next week . How long could this fobbing off go on ? I wasn’t having it and demanded a refund . No real feelings of apology , I would certainly avoid this company, very poor at best !
