Disappointing stay 👎🏽

Just stayed at this hotel for a week, never again. Arrived, a guy helped us with luggage up to our room whilst stating “we have sea view one of best rooms” then continued to hang about making it to obvious he wanted tips!

Broken toilet seat

Both shower heads were broken causing the bathroom to flood if used. Spend the whole week using the sink for a wash.

No extractor fan in the bathroom

AC/Heator worked when it wanted to for 6 nights we were so cold, my relative paid 2 visits to a pharmacy having contracted a chest infection. Our stay was during December so colder months.

No ventilation in the room everything was damp including the bedding, our clothes even the tissues we had out on the dressing tables were wet.

We did have 2 days of stormy weather causing constant condensation and the floor was constantly slippy we had to use towels to walk safely around the room.

Breakfast staff would consistently remove plates before we’d even finished eating and cats climbing all over us in the restaurant.

Nothing against the animals but clearly a hygiene concern here.

Overall I’d give this hotel a zero for hygiene it’s in serious need of upgrade, nothing felt clean.

I was booked into this hotel for dental treatment by the clinic but my previous treatment stays have been in much better accommodation.

I’d say the only positive was a guy on reception who helped me find the freezer so I could store my ice packs. He was very helpful & polite. The rest are abrupt and unfriendly.

Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here

The worst hotel experience of my life.

The worst hotel experience of my life.
The front desk staff—especially the bald man—was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and downright abusive.

From the start, the hotel itself was in horrible condition. The entire place was filthy, with a disgusting smell of smoke everywhere, and it genuinely felt like the building was falling apart—like the roof could collapse at any moment. The elevator was broken, forcing us to carry our luggage upstairs on our own. Not once did either receptionist offer help. Instead, two women were left to drag heavy bags up the stairs, while the men at the desk sat and did nothing.

When I complained about having to do this alone, the bald man cussed me out in Turkish, loudly, in front of others—thinking I wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for him, I do know enough Turkish to understand the disgusting insults he threw at me.

The rooms were just as unacceptable. The first had no AC during a heatwave. We were told to “wait 10 minutes” for it to turn on, but after 40 minutes in suffocating heat, I nearly passed out from panic and exhaustion. Only after I said I was about to faint did they grudgingly move us. The second room had a shower with no door, causing water to flood into the bedroom every time we used it.

This hotel is unsafe, filthy, and humiliating to stay in. The staff are abusive, lazy, and have zero regard for guests’ well-being. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Great Hotel with Great Staff

We stayed at Qinn hotel due to more dental treatment, the hotel is really lovely we had a seaview it was gorgeous, pool area is amazing with a great pool, great sunbeds and bed loungers, hotel was so very very clean, breakfast was amazing you had a great choice of food. Hotel bar staff were 100% I would like to thank the following bar staff for making our holiday the most enjoyable, Adem, Beyza, Gulsah, Dogan, they work so hard but always have a smile on there face they are a credit to Qinn Hotel.

5☆ Hotel Beautiful pool, sea views

Beautiful pool, good size with steps to enter for small people like me, fabulous sunbeds & cabanas with quality deep cushions. Pool bar 🍸 🥗🍕plus soft food for dental visitor.
stunning view from the pool out to sea. Exceptional helpful staff, breakfast beats other hotels by far in Antalya, enjoyed the omelettes! Rooms with Seaview an added bonus, newly fitted modern stylish bathroom double size & rainwater shower.
Few minutes walk to supermarkets & wide variety of restaurants.
Terra city shopping mall walking distance or short taxi ride.
My 1st visit & best hotel 5☆ from me, premier league, highly recommend.
