Best Agent I have ever used!

I live and work in Sydney, so using QFlyer was a deliberate choice (as they are Adelaide based). The team was very friendly and helpful and unlike my previous (Sydney based) agent, they were prepared to 'think outside the square' and come up with practical solutions for those little travel challenges we all face from time-to-time. I will certainly use QFlyer for all my business and personal travel needs.

I thoroughly recommend the team at QFlyer!

Great pricing and status credits

Great pricing and status credits, and service. When had credits rejected as ineligible on a couple of partner airline flights QFlyer provided a detailed email for me to send to Qantas and status credits appeared - thanks!

Used this company for the first time…

Used this company for the first time and very happy with deals and service. Flights were great prices and have just returned. Scott was very professional and I will definitely use this agency again. Found the tripcase app useful as well.

Jodie was outstanding.

Our travel consultant Jodie was outstanding. She was very helpful, communicated really well to keep us updated on our booking, and was very friendly at the same time. A thousand times better than our past experiences using Flight Centre.

Time pressure

Theres always a pressure to pay for the ticket ASAP. Whilst I'm sure most of this is due to the airlines themsleves its not a great way to treat customers. Also I'm at a loss to understand why as a platnium QFF I don't get any discount on ticket price from QANTAS. I have to pay the same as someone who has never flown with them before. it seems a bizzare model

Thanks for taking the time to provide your review. You are correct that the time pressures are from the airlines, not ourselves. These are the timeframes that the airlines provide to hold the tickets and are not something we have control over. Regarding the preferential pricing for platinum members, again this is set by Qantas and not by us. There are benefits for high tier members such as seating options that are not open to other flyers along with individual status credit offers from time to time. Very knowledgable and extremely helpful

Jodie and the team are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They are really helpful with the best flights to maximise points. I use them whenever I can.
