Abi was really helpful, I was having trouble finding a policy and advised her that I needed it for a meeting this afternoon. Within 30 minutes I'd received feedback and was able to find what I was looking for.

The quality of their software is good but needs a techy kind of person
The quality of their software is good and detailed. It can be exeptionally good and useful if the user understands how and where to find information on their dashboard. My time is mostly wasted by searching for information by trial and error. For someone who is not IT survee like me, it can be a maze eventhough they provided video's giving guidance. They however, have introduced an additional software that helps to easily find info and I look forward to explore its usefulness.
I’ve been miss sold a contract for five years
I had a very disappointing experience with QCS. During the phone call, I was clearly under the impression that I was agreeing to a one-year contract. However, I later discovered that I had actually been signed up for a five-year agreement.
This was not properly explained to me during the sales conversation, and I feel that the way it was presented was misleading. While I accept that I should have read the contract more carefully before signing, the information given to me verbally did not match what I ended up agreeing to.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has left me feeling stuck in a long-term commitment I did not intend to make. I would not recommend QCS based on this experience, especially when there are many other companies offering similar services at more competitive prices. I would suggest exploring alternative providers before making a decision

I recently contacted QCS customer service and was very impressed with the support I received. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully listen to my issue and guided me step by step through the changes I needed to make, making everything easy to understand.
What really stood out was how efficiently my issue was resolved. Instead of feeling rushed, I felt fully supported and reassured the whole time. Her patience and clear explanations made what could have been a stressful situation much simpler and smoother. I truly appreciate the excellent level of customer service I received and would highly recommend QCS based on this positive experience.
