I am so glad I went with Qazzoo. They have great customer service and have made this an easy choice! I will keep everyone posted on my increased sales but have faith based on their statistics it will be far worth it!

I am a new customer, but everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and helped to get me onboarded quickly.

These leads go nowhere. After speaking with my sales rep, Chuck, he assured me that the leads would fit my criteria. My leads did not fit my criteria, some of the leads were from areas that I did not sign up for. Most importantly, the leads either did not make enough money to purchase homes in the areas that I work in, or their max price was too low for any homes. After wasting hours and hours calling, texting, and emailing these leads I was only able to connect to one lead, which it turned out she'd already purchased a house a year ago. After 4 calls and 3 texts, they informed me that I could cancel my account but not get my 1K back. Stay away from this company.

The setup was quick and easy. I'm happy with service so far.

I am a new customer of Qazzoo's (one week). The customer service team is STELLAR (especially Christian). Whenever I call my questions are answered thoroughly and if I had to leave a message for a call back; My call is returned in a timely manner.
I have started getting leads and thus far no issues. Everyone I have spoken to is a real client and I am looking forward to much success with this company.

Qazzoo is a great lead generation source for all real estate agents working in multiple states.

Since I have signed up with the company they have not been reachable. They have sent me leads that phone numbers and emails are no good. I had an individual say he doesn't know how I got his information as he is not looking to buy a home. Tom who signed me up never returns my call or answers his phone. He takes my money but is not available to assist. Maleah always has phone issues can't get through to her either. This is a scam.

I was originally really excited about this service when I signed up for it. They sold me on a trial package and I was excited that leads were rolling in. HOWEVER ALL THE LEADS were FAKE!!! I am so angry that they sold me FAKE LEADS!!! There was only 1 phone number out of like 15 leads that was a real number. The rest were fake. The one person I got a hold of was angry I called him and asked me to take him off my list because they sold his information to multiple people. :( Disappointed with being sold fake leads. But even more disappointed that they charged my credit card AGAIN, when it was supposed to be only charged once on a probationary period for the month of December. Again I was only supposed to be charged for December, but they charged my card again in January. So mad, because now I have to go dispute this with my credit card company! Save your money and don't buy fake leads from Qazoo!

Tom and Nikki are great to work with! What I love about Qazzoo is being able to flag bad leads, insuring that all of your leads are legitmate buyers!

They have been very responsive and helpful getting my accounts set up and sending information. The people are friendly and caring and very on their jobs.

I'm a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience. I waited a month to try Qazzoo before I wrote a review so that I could relate an informed opinion. My judgement is that Qazzoo is a great resource for an agent or a lender looking to find more business. The leads are for real, and seem to have a higher engagement rate than Zillow. I speak to 1 out of 3 leads. Having claimed 32 leads I have 2 good prospects, one of which has just become a client. A very good ratio.
My rep, Tom Pappas has been excellent. Everything he said would happen has come thru. He's knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very friendly. He's a great resource. I've had several leads with incorrect phone numbers and they've been replaced within 24 hours, just like Tom said they would. If you're considering Qazzoo, I'd ask for Tom.
Overall, I'm a happy client and I anticipate staying with Qazzoo for a long time.

I was skeptical at first because there are so many lead-generation programs out there that are overhyped and don't produce the desired results. I just recently signed up for this program and so far am pleasantly pleased. The potential client has to complete a short questionnaire. This information gives us the ability to pick and choose leads that best fit the buyers and sellers we want to work with. Most of the phone numbers I've called have been good numbers. I'm at the very beginning of the process but fully anticipate being able to close 25+ transactions from the leads I purchased. All of the people I have spoken with at Qazzoo have been professional, prompt to return calls, and very helpful! I think I'll be using this program for years to come!

Worthless leads that are generally made up or wrong. Occasionally you will reach someone who has no idea what you are talking about. Not a single viable lead. Terrible!

I have teamed up with Qazzoo for 4 months and have enjoyed every bit of the relationship. My account Rep tom is always around. When I call the corporate number or email someone makes time to assist me with all my matters. I have renewed my membership and have recommended to industry friends

The leads a horrible. And they want you to leave a review before you even tried the system and most of these reviews that are five-star are just that. I signed up for a three month trial was told it was not an automatic renewal and then was automatically charged anyways. I was told that if I worked the leads for three months as long as I did my follow up, if none closed, I would receive my refund that was a lie as well, everything they tell you in the beginning sales call is nothing of what they actually do. They lie deceive and steal your money. I have asked on multiple multiple occasions with a recording of my original sales call that will prove everything I’m taking, but they refused to give it to me. Nikki is some of the worst customer service I’ve received since being in this industry.

Poor quality leads. Advertise as no auto-renewal and then harass you with multiple phone calls and bill an auto-renewal anyway. Have filed complaint with BBB and disputed charges with our bank
