Dear Gopinath,
Thank you for your feedback, and weâre sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with order ID 122372.
We understand that you intended to print APAAR ID on the front side and PAN card on the back side of a single PVC card. However, please note that our service policy does not support printing two different document types on the same card, as this can lead to misuse, confusion, and formatting issues. Our team prints based strictly on our defined product categories and customer-uploaded files to maintain accuracy and compliance.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact our customer support team at 9284608837 if you'd like to print each document separately. We're here to help ensure your needs are met within our service guidelines.
Warm regards,
Team PVC Card Printing

Svar frÄn PVC Card Printing
Dear Dipu Gohain,
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion regarding your recent order. We understand your concern about the missing signature of the license authority.
Itâs important to note that for computer-generated driving licenses, a physical signature is not always required. Instead, these licenses are validated through a QR code, which can be scanned by RTO or any other authorized body to confirm the authenticity of the document. This method ensures the license remains valid and secure.
However, we appreciate your feedback and are here to assist if you have any further concerns or need clarification. Please feel free to contact us directly, and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
Best regards,
Team PVC Card Printing
