I was considering using this company but I looked at their reviews. At first I was impressed with how high their score was but then I looked again. All bar a few are 5 star reviews. Most are from 2023. Have they not been operating for the 3 years in between? Then they replied to some of the positive ones in February 2026! I'm sure they have their reason which they will explain but this attention to customer care is not something I can respect.
I have used purple mighty on a number of occasions due to a recurring football injury. They have always been a totally reliable group of people. Communication has always been first rate. The people they send have always been as advertised and really lovely too, arriving on time and very helpful as well as genuine. I last saw Lola who is not only very beautiful but also when she smiles and laughs it’s impossible not to do the same.
They keep flagging my review when I try to leave an honest review so now that forms the basis of this one. If they have nothing to hide, let me vent.
UPDATE:
AS I SAID, THEY KEEP FLAGGING MY REVIEWS!! They say I made several requests for services they don't offer. Please don't let these people dupe you. If I made such a request even one time wouldn't they stop me right then? After the first time? The truth is they've employed some who robbed me. Granted, she wasn't with them when she robbed me but she did rob me and they lied that she no longer works for them.
This company does NOT offer what it suggests, namely professional massage.
They also say they're not able to provide certain information on a public platform. I'm guessing ChatGPt came.up with that one! They already previously did this. Very rude, ignorant and belligerent company. As a service user, don't give them your money.
It's very sad this company has a policy of flagging reviews, giving anyone observing a skewered view of them. Perhaps falsely believing they're good or competent. To some, perhaps they are genuinely good. I used to be one of them to tell.the truth but when they've turned nasty, they've been vile.

Again, look how they conduct themselves. They're suggesting I was a threat or something like that to their masseuses. Poppycock. They did me a favour of banning me because I'd left them negative feedback here and exposed them. They employed this independent thief after I'd warned them about that person. This shows a lack of care or concern for customers. Also, of I was this threat to the masseuses, why did they continue to allow me to book and reply to my enquiries? Also, please look at their positive reviews and note how.many of them only have 1 review on trustpilot, all for Purple Mighty. This might be perfectly fine but you have to ask yourself if they're genuine and if this is a company you want to give any money too. An absolute disgrace.

We are disappointed to see that you have continued updating and reposting variations of this review after our previous response.
Our decision to discontinue services was made after several interactions that fell outside the scope of the professional massage services our company provides. The wellbeing, safety, and comfort of our therapists are extremely important to us, particularly as they travel to clients’ homes to provide treatments. For that reason, when situations arise that place therapists in uncomfortable or inappropriate circumstances, we reserve the right to stop providing services.
In your update you stated that someone “robbed” you. However, the message you previously sent to us described a situation involving an independent therapist who was not connected to our company. For transparency, we are including the relevant section of your own message with personal details removed:
“Hi. I hope you’re well. I want to report to you an independent masseuse I saw a few days ago who may try and register with you. Her real name is [name removed]. She uses some aliases… I booked her for a legit massage… Towards the end she mentioned she did ‘tantric’… due to curiosity I gave her this extra money… she said she had an emergency and left… I know this isn’t your problem but this does affect you… I am so embarrassed that I was this stupid. I won’t be using mobile massage again as a result.”
As your own message confirms, this interaction was arranged independently and was not a booking made through our business, therefore it is not something we were involved in or responsible for.
You also stated that you were “robbed”. In the message you sent, you included the individual’s full name and contact details. In situations where someone genuinely believes a crime has taken place, it would normally be reported to the appropriate authorities. As far as we are aware, no such action was taken, which makes it difficult for us to understand the basis of the allegation being presented here.
You also suggested in your review that our mention of GDPR must have come from “ChatGPT”. To clarify, businesses operating in the UK are required to understand and comply with data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016). Awareness of these regulations is a basic requirement when running a professional business and does not require the use of any external tools.
We have also noticed that your review profile contains a number of one-star reviews for similar and different businesses, including one directed at Trustpilot itself, also provided us a different name and appears here with another name.
While everyone is entitled to share their opinion, this pattern makes constructive engagement challenging.
Additionally, we note that the review has been repeatedly deleted, reposted, and updated multiple times. Responding to the same claims repeatedly is difficult while we are focused on supporting our therapists and serving genuine customers.

Have had a few bookings with this agency. Professional booking agents, professional therapists, all in all highly recommended. I generally go for medium massages, not deep tissue, but medium muscle and relaxation 2 hour sessions, and it's always tops. New fav: Karolina
