I can't rate this highly enough, out all the costs, admin and stress.
In summary walked me through everything kept me informed helped chasing up my solicitors when they were dragging their feet.
To have got the same interest direct for the lender would have incurred a £900 fee so well worth the £295

Really clear throughout. Could sometimes take a while to respond and could have been a bit more proactive but generally once they had tasks to do they got them done really quickly and were thorough. They were really helpful throughout while also reasonably priced and also helped with things like insurance.
