These leggings are way too thin, and the company will not let you return them. All the customer service is through email. You can’t get a hold of anyone. Do not buy

Pure Woven only sent 2 of 3 of my items and despite many emails sent by myself over the past 2 weeks they have not responded.

I've paid for an item that has not been sent-either send the item or issue a refund otherwise it is a fraudulent transaction.

With many other businesses emerging with. similar products to Pure Woven, I highly recommend avoiding this business and shopping around

Terrible customer service! You cannot get a refund! They only allow an exchange if you're dissatisfied. AND they never respond on how to exchange. Very disappointed with the product and service.

This company is a total scam. They have GREAT ads on instagram. And their website looks ok but if you order, don't expect to get anything. I ordered on December 2nd, recieved no tracking or confirmation info. Emailed them 6 times with no response. On the 7th email they replied that my items had shipped. They didn't arrive until January 28th (Nearly full months later). THEN, them smell like plastic, they are totally see through and they ride at your hips, not high rise waist like they say. So I emiled them to return them and again, no response. It's now been two weeks, 4 emails later, still no respoinse. DO NOT get sucked in and buy leggings PureWoven. 0/5 stars. I did finally find BPA free leggings from a reputable company. I went with Losano.

Their products and customer service are absolutely horrible but their marketing is spectacular. Do not waste your time or money on this business. You will be sorely disappointed. Their leggings and underwear have no stretch qualities and when I tired to return them, the emails go unanswered and there is not a legitimate phone number available to speak to a customer service person. I currently am disputing the charges with my credit card company because I can not return their junk.

2 pairs arrived. One contained a small hole. Wrote them a note 1 week ago. No response. Wife doesn't really like them as they're thin and don't stretch comfortably.

These leggings are totally see-through and constructed like they’re for a doll or something. Absolutely awful quality, fit and construction, and they will not take returns. My leggings shipped directly from China, which is probably why they won’t issue return labels. It took them weeks to respond and they just said they don’t do returns and acknowledge that their product “needs improvement.” Pure Woven is a total scam just like every other ad I see on social media these days….and I noticed they delete negative comments from their socials. Can’t trust anything anymore. They market themselves like a real company then send you low temu-quality garbage. This company has been highly unprofessional, and even though they won’t issue me a return label or refund asked me to send them a photo of me wearing the leggings with my panties showing through. AVOID, this company is just another China scam!

UPDATE: I googled the Pure Woven address listed on their website, 30 N Gould St # 34424 Sheridan, WY 82801 and found MULTIPLE news articles about how the address is a common shell address for overseas scam companies. I reported it to the WY consumer affairs and attorney general.

As some of the other reviews say, it is A SCAM. The product is cheaply made and not comfortable. The compression is so tight you can barely pull them on and then the rise is way too short and the rise hangs down 3-4 inches too low. Definitely not made for curvy tall people. You can see through them as well. When trying to return, they don’t respond and won’t give your money back. I’ll be contesting with my credit card. Do not waste your money!!

Absolute scam! Shipping took 18 days. The leggings don’t fit. And despite messaging them on social platforms, leaving comments and emailing them over 8x to get an RMA and refund, they have sent me 2 emails saying EXACTLY the same thing. They offer an exchange without any response to request to return for refund. I purchased on Jan 2nd. Received on Jan 19th and today is Feb 1st. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The product is low quality, their policy of returns is non existent. They sent me the wrong size in leggings and the wrong underwear style. They would not exchange the items or allow me to return them.

Do not order from this company.

These leggings are absolutely not squat proof. You can see through them without any movement. These are not made for a person with any curves or height at all. I'm a size medium and the one seam cuts through the middle of my butt (horizontally). They might work for a teenagers body but you'd want to wear them with a top that covers you up.

Don’t order from here unless you are 100% certain you want the product. They will not allow you to return anything despite having a 30 day return policy. In my opinion, their leggings are terrible and unflattering. I ordered because I wanted to try a non toxic legging and their website states that they allow returns. It’s been a month and I am still arguing with them for a return label for a return policy they are not honoring. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Buyer beware!!! Nightmare trying to return them. No customer phone number only email and now want to send me a different size when all I want is return information. They do respond to emails in a timely manner! Looks like I’m going to have to dispute with my credit card. Wish I had done my homework before ordering these! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!

Scam company. While they did ship me leggings, they are terrible quality and fit. I have tried contacting them multiple times attempting to initiate a return and they write back a week later saying they won't accept a return or refund my money. Now dealing with the credit card company to try to get my money back. Avoid.

I agree with multiple other negative comments. These leggings and workout tops do not fit properly and just trying them on they would ride up or down. Have contacted them probably 10+ times via email and sent a message thru Instagram...to no avail. They do not respond regarding returns. DON'T BLOW YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. I am going to try to get my money back thru my credit card, but not sure I will be successful.

This company is a sham. The leggings material is thin and the inseam and waist height is very short. They provide NO WAY to return the items and will NOT respond to emails for a return.

I would give this company negative 5 if I could. Absolutely do not buy from this company. I have sent 13 emails requesting a refund and they will not respond. Many comments on Instagram as well. Many many comments saying the same experience from dozens of people. They are made in China and the shipping addressbisbYun express in Ca which is China.

Strong chemical smell, very bad quality. Customer service requires multiple attempts to get a reply, and then they refuse to issue a return.

Don’t buy it’s a scam. Customer service does not let you return and they write a reply that makes no sense. They are not cut to fit your shape. They don’t enhance it. They don’t stretch. Impossible to get on and they just pull down. Look like capris instead of leggings . Awful experience
