Really small in the bum and low waisted so they keep falling down all the time. Material is soft, but they need to make the waist higher and more room in the booty.

I finally got my order after putting in for a refund thru PayPal (another ripoff). The material is flimsy and I would not wear them out in public.
If you want a good product (but will be a bit pricier) get the Pact legging
I have 2 and they are worth it. Not this cheap product.

Scam. They take forever to answer you. Description shows it’s from china so not surprised.

AVOID! Ordered leggings for my wife, upon arrival they didn’t fit so I contacted purewoven for a returns label and a refund. Exchange only was offered but a refund was refused (“against our company policy”) Leggings are way too short in the leg so another size would not have fixed the problem. My emails were repeatedly ignored often taking weeks at a time for a reply. Eventually had to accept the exchange for a different size and attempt to sell them in order to try and make my money back. Requested the refund back at the start of January and wasn’t resolved until nearly April. Customer service is extremely poor and I believe the leggings are just cheap products shipped direct from China. Do NOT be drawn in by the “go plastic free” angle, this company should be avoided like the plague.

Do not buy!!! Complete rip off and scam! If I could give them zero stars I would. First they are not apart of BBB. The items and materials are shipped from China. They do not honor cancellations or returns. Customer service is zero. They just shoot out a bunch of advertisement emails. The fine print on their website says, “ We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

I placed an order for leggings over a month ago, and not only have I not received them, but the company refuses to provide tracking information. I’ve contacted them multiple times, and each time, I either get ignored or given vague responses. At this point, I highly doubt this business is legitimate.

If you’re considering ordering from them—don’t. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and taking further action. Avoid this company at all costs!

SCAM!!!! Beware! Ordered 3 things, they sent 2. The things they sent were GARRRRBAGE. I emailed and called them multiple times to return, but never got a reply. They sure did reply to the dispute my credit card company made though, and I was denied a refund. Closed my credit card with Discover over this mess--they trust the word of a scam co over a long term customer with near perfect credit apparently??

DO NOT BUY. This company will not refund your money and the quality of the legging and fabric is extremely poor
I have repeatedly emailed Pure Woven to return my legging and they refuse to provide a return address. They say they will send a replacement (which i dont want) but i have accepted multiple times since they wont give me my money back and it's been 2 months and they havent!!. Every so often I will received a standard reply, where they apologize for the delay. i wish we could legally sue this company

SCAM company
I received leggings and they were faulty. They won’t let me return a faulty item as they say that it isn’t faulty at all as they sent the wrong size. Therefore they will only replace.
It’s direct ship from China, so be aware, there is no recourse and they make up their own rules.

(Update) they did send a replacement but atleast 45 days later. I think they have an overwhelmed customer support team.
Scam company. Filing dispute. No return policy, customer service is a joke, bad fabric. Buyer beware

I have repeatedly emailed Pure Woven regarding an issue with the leggings I received. Every so often I will received a standard reply, where they apologize for the delay, and ask me to send a photo of the packaging, which I immediately do within minutes of receiving their email. Weeks go by again where I never hear back. I eventually warned them in the subject line that I was going to dispute the charge in a few days, if I didn't hear back within a given timeframe since I could not get my order resolved in any meaningful way. Again, never heard back until I finally made the move to dispute. What do you know...I heard back the very next day, asking why I was disputing the charge (BTW I had also been offering to send back the unworn, wrong size legging they had sent to me so long as they gave me a shipping label to do so). Haven't heard from them since.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would advise that buyers beware. I placed my order on December 20th and my items didn’t get delivered until the end of January. The cuts are very different and I found the leggings were fine to keep, but the undergarments were oddly cut. I emailed customer support requesting a return code since I couldn’t find anything on their website to do it myself. I called their 1-800 number which never took calls but finally received a response email saying that they were sorry it didn’t work and that I could get something else of the same value. Unfortunately there was only one other item they carried and it took them about 2 weeks to respond saying they were out of stock on that item. Such a waste of time!

This company feels like a scam. I read online that they accept returns (admittedly I did not read the full policy - lesson learned) so I ordered two pairs of leggings for myself and my daughter. When they arrived the first thing we noticed was the terrible chemical smell. The fabric and fit is also terrible. The leggings did not stay up and stretched out after a few minutes of wear. When I tried to return them, I was told they only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged.

They also do not display negative reviews on their website which is why there are only positive reviews online and on their social media.

I was trying to find a safer alternative but now I’m out $100 because these are going right in the trash.

Buyer beware.

This is a joke. How are we supposed to trust in a company or product that is impossible to return or exchange for a different size. It's outright deceitful!

This company is a scam and refused to refund my money after agreeing too. The quality on the leggings and underwear is not good although the bra is fine

I was really excited about this gift from my husband. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have the best outcome.

There was a delay in shipping, which is fine, but when the items arrived, I was mostly disappointed and tried to start the return process the day after. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have a resolution. In fact, I stopped getting a response 2 weeks ago and I’m just waiting to hit 30 days to report this to our credit card.

About the product:
The top is ok and I am keeping it.
However, the leggings were see-through when I bent over and they are 3/4 length, not the full length as depicted in the photos. The fact that they’re see-through makes me feel like they’re not good quality.
The thongs look a little smaller than they should be and they seemed of really poor quality because they have a raw hem finish; which I would expect to get pulled threads and ruined as soon as I try using the thongs with a panty liner.

The return experience has been super disappointing, horrendous even.
Their FAQ says returns within 30 days are accepted, but they’re not making it easy or communicating well at all.
Really wish I had looked up the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing from this company.

I have sent five emails in less than two weeks and they simply ask for a return request. I also tried calling them and you cannot leave a message. However, I get daily emails. I read reviews on Instagram that must be fake. This is very disappointing and very bad customer service.

This company is as scam-y as it comes. Had to lodge a chargeback with my credit card because they sent me the wrong order and refused to let me return/refund even though I was entitled to under their terms and conditions. Their customer service is abysmal and it’s clear they’re not actually reading your emails but responding as a bot service. The products I received also seemed really poor quality.

Super shady, disreputable "customer service". They either ignore you or take weeks to respond.
Product came in a package from China but "company address" says Sheridan, WY.
Leggings are made of very low-quality material - no idea what it is, but it is NOT bamboo as advertised. I could not get the leggings to stretch over my legs and I am thin.
They refuse to accept my return, saying product has to be damaged or defective to allow for refund, but they would exchange the leggings for another pair of crappy leggings. Hard pass.

They asked for "my patience while they work to improve their product". Ridiculous and not my job.
I'm mad at myself for not doing a simple search on this "company" because I would have seen right away what scoundrels they are.
