Great service

Shopping was easy and the coffee is delightful. Had a wee issue with my order and their customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back

Hi Robert, I have received my coffee , I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for all your help in regards to the delivery of my order, I would like to thank you and your company for the fantastic costumer service I received, you are a small expanding local company that I have been purchasing from for well over a year, I feel sorry for these small companies are under constant attack from people intended on theft of their deliveries, I thank you once again for all your assistance and will continue to purchase your wonderful product , and highly recommend your company to all, thank you Robert, and thank you Pure Roasters

Great coffee as expected

As ever, great coffee, delivered when needed!
I have recently tried a few suppliers, and have found Pure Roasters to be one of the best. The coffee sent is always freshly roasted, which is a real plus over some.

Incredible customer service when my Parcel went missing

Incredible customer service when my parcel went missing - so quick to respond and investigate and they have resent my coffee after Royal Mail put it in the “ safe space “ of the bottom of my neighbours bin ! If the coffee is half as good as the customer service we are in for a treat ! Thank you x

Top coffee, top company

I've been buying coffee from Pure Roasters for a few years now, both for myself and for the communal kitchen of our company of 25 people. Every person in the office loves the cofee (Patter Watter is the dominant choice), far superior to anything you can get from the supermarket, and very fairly priced. For my part, the customer service and communication is a joy as well. 5/5, cannot recommend highly enough.
