Reward card is a nice bonus
Reward card is a nice bonus. Took a while before up and running. Used card to buy an item with no problems and still plenty of credit. Balance remaining look forward to using again.

Only issue is inability to use for part payment .Resolved by buying gift voucher to same value then using that.

We do appreciate your feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Had a problem first time trying to register. Phoned up and a very helpful lady sorted the problem very quickly which was a software glitch affecting BT clients. Have now used the card to make my first purchase and went through perfectly so thank you BT
