Misled
When I swapped providers I was told that I could use the card to reduce my monthly payments but this is not true. I now supposedly have a card but can't use it. Not impressed

The Pure Card is virtual and can be used online like most usual pre-paid Mastercards. There are examples of where this can be used on utility bills, however you need to speak to the utility company first to make sure they will accept it.

What is this thing and why have I been sent it?
I have absolutely no idea why I've been sent this card and no idea what to do with it. It would appear that it is usable only on the Ee website for specific items and you can't use it in part payment so it doesn't seem to be of any possible use to me

Feels like a scam. It never arrives
Think this is a scam to draw you in and change providers . I have still not received the reward , I get messages to claim it , I follow through and still have not received it …yet like salt in a wound - I am now getting asked to comment on it. Does the left hand not communicate with the right hand.

My account problems
I don't like shopping on line and rarely do so I'd would rather have had my reward paid directly into my bank. Having made a purchase there is only a small amount left in tis Purecard account which I shall forfeit because it would insufficient to cover packing and delivery charges. I don't expect to be using this account in the future.

This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to use gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Excellent experience: Easy to set up and use and straightforward making purchases online. No problems encountered at all.
The registering setup was very simple and communications were useful and informative without being too much.
