I have to say your product is amazing ...my puppy jumped right in and enjoys every moment...the material, padding and the structure Is amazing. The comfort level is heard with every snore we hear. Your customer service is superior to any other I had...your service reps kept in touch with me every day up to the date my concerns were addressed. I would recommend your product to anyone and everyone..however I would recommend they size up..so if your advertisement states medium/large they go up one size....this way the measurements will match to what you order......thank you for taking care of my needs quickly and efficiently

The worst! I ordered a large dog bed and received a small bed. I emailed to ask for a return and they refuse to provide me with one. I will be notifying the BBB.

I ordered a Donut dog bed before Xmas and I had to wait 17 days before it arrived. When it did it looked nothing like the product displayed on the web site and I was horrified to find it was of such inferior quality that it was of no use to an elderly dog with arthritis. I then engaged in lengthy correspondence with Pups Dream but no way would they honour their 100 day returns policy. I was offered a credit note, half the price or alternative goods and then finally told to donate it to a dog shelter and get a receipt and only then would they consider a refund. There is no shelter in my area but I did ring 3 dog charities and they all declined the offer on suitability grounds. So now the only avenue for me is to try my Credit Card company for a refund.
This company has no address or phone number in the UK and the reason delivery takes so long is because Pups Dream (and other online petshops - check Trust Pilot) ) is a Chinese outfit. I am so angry that I was taken in by the swish web site and glowing reviews which I believe are fake. Because if you go onto their Facebook page you will find no favourable comments at all but many have been deleted. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague and to make sure online companies are bone fide before buying.

Order took weeks to arrive. Contacted PupsDream to request a refund, as per their refund policy below, and was offered two options; a voucher or to keep it and donate it. I sent another email asking for my money back in full and the response was they would refund half of my money “as many businesses do’. I am now filing a report with my bank. AVOID!

No stars from me. Having ordered a cat bed on 1 January and receiving no tracking info, I followed up twice receiving inconclusive responses. Then today an email saying it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. That’s £35 lost. Is this a scam? There’s no telephone number for help. My strong advice would be not to buy anything from Pupsdream.

SCAM!!!!

Just like everyone else.... I ordered a dog bed 14 days ago today the money was drafted from my credit card immediately in my order has not yet shipped. Every time I contact them via email I am responding back to you by what is clearly a bot telling me the same thing over and over that my order is in route however when I contact on track I am advised all they have done is create a label and they have not yet dropped my package off at On Trac.

Do not make my mistake take your business elsewhere!! This has caused me so much more work is now I am working on a chargeback with my credit card company.

On the same day I ordered $125 dog bed from them for my older boy I ordered a dog bed from Fur Haven. I have had the fairhaven bed for over a week!!!! I am kicking myself for not just kicking out a second one from Fur Haven.

This by far has been the worst customer service in the longest shipping I have ever experienced from any company. Save your money and your time and save yourself a huge headache and take your business elsewhere!!

This is a drop-ship in China NOT a small family run business in Leeds?! Honestly, I actually don't really care where I buy products from if the service, quality and shipping are good...but don't lie about it. Shops like Pupdreams are the reason more consumers are focused on buying 'locally'...you lie about your brand and location, and offer guarantees there is no way you can honour when the return shipping to China, which the consumer must absorb, is greater than the value of the product. And who would want further credit/vouchers from a shop who has failed to satisfy or deliver? Do better. And the UK should do better to regulate this. I ordered a dog bed on 5 January, shipping information is useless...and states pending?! So when the required 15 days is up, and I have yet to receive my order, I will just open a claim with my bank as a fraud, and hope that the impact to their bottom line, from companies like this, is so profound that they influence better regulation and punitive measures.

My dog usually chews up everything I give him. However, the winter jacket I ordered from PupDream (I recommend sizing up a little if your dog has a lot of fur) is of great quality. It's his favorite jacket—it keeps him warm, and surprisingly, he doesn't chew it. I highly recommend PupDream; their jackets are stylish and perfect for winter!

Fast delivery and nice bed - I wish I would of went bigger but my dog loves it

Firstly, the product was not as described. I reported it as soon as I received delivery (which took over 7 days) they have refused to give me a refund, rather a voucher for their store which I do not need or want. All I'm getting is automated replies clearly from a bot posing as an actual human. Their 100 day money back guarantee is a lie. I have lost £35 to this company and they are not doing anything remotely helpful to resolve this issue. Don't buy from this company, refunds on goods purchased is under law and the fact that they are refusing just shows how dodgy this company is.

The coat is perfect. She went from cold and scared on walks to immediate confidence.

First time ordering from pups dream the beds are excellent I have 2 Rhodesian ridgebacks 1with arthritis who have never used dog beds we have brought them before but these they love.

Loved the bed and so does our dog but we ordered on 9th December and still it didn’t arrive for Christmas. Unlike all our other deliveries which arrived promptly within a couple of days.

A very luxurious product at a good price. My dog looks very comfortable and cosy in her bed and stays in it throughout the night. The doughnut shape works well to help them feel safe and secure.

I knew from reading other reviews that shipping would take a long time, up to 4 weeks. I ordered on Jan 3, and 2 beds came today, Jan 11. I opened the one for my dachshund and she jumped right in. It is very similar to other "doughnut" beds we've had, we go through them fairly quickly since they wear out with regular laundering. The fabric is very, very, very soft. I can't speak to quality or comfort, but it seems of similar quality of other beds at this price point.

4 stars only because it was such a long wait for delivery. Pups Dream did apologise and send updates, but it was about a 4 week wait

Excellent Customers Service, I ordered the wrong size bed, they were very understanding and promptly sent the right size and our dog loves his new bed. I also ordered a Coat for him, both items are of an excellent quality. I would definitely buy products from this company again. Excellent Customer support and top quality products.

Disappointed as it was a Christmas present and also it was left on my doorstep and we were away luckily our neighbour spotted it and took it in for us

Ordered three beds before Christmas, 2 shipped straight away and arrived quickly. Emailed the company regarding the 3rd bed and they responded in a timely manner, with the 3rd bed arriving just after Christmas. Dogs absolutely love there new beds. Good quality.
