Ordered a dog bed in novemberlast yesr never received it.got money back off the bank. And still to this day 17 of Feb 2025.contesting.

Absolute scam! Raised a dispute with my bank, still waiting on a response since november!

Same as everyone else. Ordered, never arrived. Contested this with my bank and they refunded me. Pupnest contested, my bank is confident that they will win based on the website no longer existing.

Scam ordered a dog bed in OCTOBER it never arrived so got the money back from my bank and now this company is disputing it and sent shipping info to my bank! I've asked for proof of delivery so let's see. Don't buy from these it's a SCAM.

I bought 2 last october and never received them, luckily i got my money back off the bank but PUPNEST are still contesting it! What a cheek! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

They will accept your payment, send you a tracking email and then disappear. I’ve reported them to my bank to get the money back, if I could give them zero stars I would. Please do not buy on TikTok or elsewhere as you simply won’t receive the dog bed.

I would give it a minus if I could . I ordered from this company on the 3rd Nov, i have not received anything and I can't get on their site to find out where it is . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

Do not buy I ordered it back in october and it never came thankfully I paid through PayPal so I got my money back

Paid for this item through tiktok on 8th november 2024. Did not arrive. Clicked on links for order - site doesnt exist!!! Disgusting! DO NOT BUY!!!!

GOT SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY… REVERSED THE CHARGES THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT.. EVERYONE DO THE SAME.. report the site to Shopify to get it closed down!!

Ordered 22nd October 2024.
Emails sending no replies at all. I have emailed a good few times too..
Such a shame as my rescue dog would love this and it was in budget too!
Now have to go through my bank to get my money back.

SCAM. They took the money but never delivered I called the money back with the bank and pupnest have now got the cheek to dispute my claim!!!!

Pupnest total scam, do not buy from here, take your money and dont deliver, email addresses are fake and web address is fake too

I ordered this on the 28th October , received an email saying it was on its way , NEVER received it, I emailed the company pupnest on their main page on the 28th november never heard anything back from them.

It's scsm! Don't order from them. Never received anything AMD when you go to contact them it says the store doesn't exist

I ve been scammed also. Ordered a 30 pound dog bed a month ago. Nothing has turned up and now the links don't work. Do not use!

Unfortunately I’ve been taken in by this. Took my money and heard nothing! Saw on tiktok big fat scam

Scam. Made an order about a month ago still no delivery… go to click the link to track order and it says the link is no longer valid. Avoid buying from this website!!
