Good products offered at competitive pricing, but it’s the backup and support where these people shine. They respond to inquiries and problems ( that i created ) promptly and efficiently. If they are offering a golfing product I want/need they will be first point of call

Delivery is fast, service is sensational and the products are just 🔥. Only reason I had to order a new range finder was because I left my behind on a golf trip smh. So good I had no hesitation to order again and got to try the balls which are choice as also 👌

Recently purchased - scrub brush and hat. The prices were very reasonable with quick delivery. These guys are awesome and great to see them doing well! Lots of players at my Golf Club have purchased their goods and love them. I'm up for one of the Punters range finders soon after trying my mates one on the weekend.

Hi Guys, I really love your products (this is my second purchase). But I’m writing to let you know that the reason why I have given this rating and why I’m hesitant to shop with you again isn’t because of your offerings, it’s the courier you’re using: Aramex.

In my previous order, I was worried when I saw “Aramex” as the shipping provider because I’ve had bad experiences with them in the past. In fact, many other customers seem to share my frustration: on review platforms, Aramex consistently gets very poor marks (for example, some Trustpilot reviews rate them as low as 1.2 out of 5).

I was pleasantly surprised when that first “range finder” order did arrive on time, so I placed another order with you on the 12 November. But almost three weeks later and the package still hasn’t arrived, and the tracking info suggests little movement. At this point I’m feeling like it’s déjà-vu.

I don’t want to stop buying from you, as I think your store and products are excellent. But as long as you use Aramex, I’m afraid I’ll have to think twice before ordering again. I hope you might consider alternative couriers or at least give the option, because for many customers, myself included, the shipping experience will strongly influence whether we return.

I ordered a rangefinder and a Black on Black cap both came as promised and are both excellent products. I would be lost without my rangefinder. The battery just goes forever, and it very easy to use. Keep up the good work boys.

Unreal product!!! I can’t fault puntersgolf at all,
I bought one a few months ago and loved it that much i decided to get another one, unfortunately the courier company lost the 2nd one and with full respect for the boys at punters they acted straight away and without hesitation they have sent me a new one…

Easy to order. Quick delivery
After borrowing my cart buddy’s Punters rangefinder whilst overseas
I decided to order the Hot Pink one. (I am not girly in anyway but decided no one would steal this colour)
My husband, who is a single handicap golfer tested it and has used it none stop ever since. It is no longer in my golf bag, so I had to order a second one. I ordered black for him but will leave him with the pink one until he notices otherwise 🤣🤣🤣

My first Purchase Order was delivered quite quickly.
the goods i purchased were to my expectation & satisfaction & Value for Money. Customer Service is what i would expect, on one occasion i had a goods issue that was resolved within two weeks of reporting.
Puntersgolf stand by the products & i remain to have very satisfactory use of them to this day.

Ordered on the 6th of November and have yet to receive the product, was for a birthday present on the 23rd, assume I ordered early enough in advance but apparently not
