Total refund & Free Spare Part Replacement
I truly appreciated the total refund and the free spare part replacement for the spring that broke.
The base was not sticking to wood surface but was working better on marble tiles. The spring broke after less than 10 punches.

Ich habe bestellt ein Bandage schon bezahlt nach eine Woche warten bekomme ich eine email das dass Lager abgebrannt sei haha nach mehreren Fragen wann mein Paket kommt ignoriert man mich auch auf darauf das man mir bitte mein Geld zurück schicken soll also aufpassen ich habe bisher weder Ware noch Geld also bis jetzt richtig schlechte Arbeiter und Betrüger da weder Geld noch Ware passt gut bei der Seite auf und kauft euer Zeug lieber wo anderst vertraut !!!

As in the email I received I think a bigger water base would be a lot better over suction cup, I also think maybe the pole should be thicker and tighter with a bigger bag on top possibly, thanks

Got the item and the bag it’s self and all the accessories are great the suction cup is just not suited to any surfaces that I had available so I was given a full refund, till they had come up with a different idea that might suit me!

Does nothing that it suggests
I bought a punchr for my 11 year old son. We dont have an abundance of space so this seemed like the perfect product. Able to move it around. Set up and set down with ease. Or so it seemed. Well, that isn't the case. It sticks poorly and you have to use the adhesive discs (which work well) however that means you cant just set it up and set it down. It definitely feels like false advertising to me!!! I wouldnt waste your money.
After communicating with the company, they openly accepted feedback positively. I feel like they may genuinely try to fix the issued. They offered me a full refund, and although their generosity impacted me positively. I am more impressed with the attitude regarding amending advertising and openness.
I would definitely be open to look out for future improvements.

Ho acquistato il loro prodotto ad ottobre, purtroppo la pompa di gonfiaggio aveva dei difetti e ho dovuto aprire una contestazione con paypal. Il loro servizio clienti (in particolare Yumi che mi ha seguito per più di un mese e mezzo con disponibilità e professionalità) però è stato IMPECCABILE. Ho ricevuto il rimborso direttamente dal loro founder visto che con paypal ci stava mettendo troppo. Anche questo è marketing fatto bene, attenzione e cura per il cliente in ogni momento

The company were very good at customer follow up and when the product didn’t perform as they would have expected…they immediately offered me a refund without any hassle.
They also informed me that they were working on a revised product and I’d be happy to give that a go when it becomes available.

Great service! Logistics made shipping mistake and send only one of ordered 3 boxes. After one email to Pnchr they (Yumi) immediately resolved the issue and 2 were delivered in 2-3 days.
