Personal Trainer problems
Personal Trainers think the gym is for their benefit only and push people off equipment so they can demonstrate to the clients
I was using a piece of equipment when a PT showed his client how to use it while I was using it.
On another day a different Personal Trainer kicked a guy of the machine he was using so shw could use it for her client.

facial recognition entry
Been training at Pumped gym in Norwich since it opened. Have been enjoying it so far but turning up before 7am to train and not able to get is really pissed me off. Facial recognition pings with 'Access Granted' but the doors never open. Standing there trying to get in for 10 minutes without success whilst other casually enter and leave the gym really pissed me off and wasted my saturday moring.

No Running At Watford!
I train at the Watford gym. While it was great for a while the gym is quickly falling into disrepair. Yesterday 12 out of 16 treadmills were not working. 10 of which had (man down) signs posted on them. Although 2 treadmills had no signs on them they have been broke for weeks just like the others. I guess they have run out of signs!

Never felt so uncomfortable going to a gym I’ve been going to for over 5 years by team member Kat, not even a Welcome when said hi nor a goodbye, starring when I’m working out and throwing equipment next to me when working out. I don’t understand the issue but to be going to a gym for years and nothing has been said about Kat ? This is not just me either

Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service, no staff and the 24hr entry is a joke…. Better gym’s in the area to train at and I’ve been here for 5yrs and it’s just got worse…. Once you have your membership then all communication stops…..

Avoid!
I signed up to the Northampton PumpGyms last year in October. The Uk went into lockdown on 4th of January and all gyms closed. This lot continued debiting money out of my account without my consent whilst gyms were closed.
I emailed the gym and got a reply back from someone called Matt who did not even answer my query. It looked like he just copied and pasted a response and forwarded it to me.
He even forwarded a phone number that I called and just had pre-recorded messages on it and didn't connect to anyone I could talk to for help.
I have been trying for the last week to get my money back and they responded today saying that they will not give me money back as I apparently did not tell them to freeze payments.
Avoid this gym at all costs!
