my experience with them has been amazing. It seems like they've got the withdrawal process down a little bit better. It took me about a week and a half to get my withdrawal in the mail. I would recommend giving them a try if you want to judge them for yourselves.

This site will give you false promises of shipping your product within a reasonable time frame, and yet they are always a MINIMUM of 30 days late on that promise. Then they promise to compensate you for it with a code, and then NEVER give you the code!

This staff running this site have just been consistently lying to their customer base. I would avoid this place at all costs!

Once again Pullbox reps have lied about the status of withdrawals. Reps intentionally lie to their customers so that they can charge more in shipping costs later by returning an extremely common card claiming they "don't have it in stock."

Scam site! NEVER give these scammers your money!

Been using the site for over 7 months. Started putting a little money into it then just ran free to play. I now have a full binder of cards I wanted and met some really cool people in their chat.

Enjoyable, but the difficulty in making deposits is slightly frustrating - It's fun to share in the excitement of others, too

This site just isn’t worth it. Orders take months. They roll out features like Exchange, then remove them. They dropped Stripe and now use Coinflow, which is clunky, adds fees, and barely works. Everything feels unreliable and slapped together. Use at your own risk.

The Pullbox site is well designed, and it is easy to navigate. The shipping time was a bit long, 50 days for me, but this was due to the fact one card I tried to get was unable to be sourced and was sent back to my inventory. Once my order was shipped, it took less than a week to arrive, and I received everything as expected, in the condition I expected as well, if not better.

I have won and withdrawn cards on multiple occasions from this company. The cards usually arrived within about 2 weeks. Some people think this is too long, but it isn't that different than ordering from a random TCG player account in my experience. However, if you are the type of person who needs your cards faster than that, buying singles at your local game store is probably a better option. There are usually people around in the chat to help if you have questions and there is a pretty active community. Compared to other places out there, Pullbox.gg gives a ton of free credit away to spin boxes so I'm always appreciative of that.

You pay for the gamble of maybe getting back cards of the same value than the amount of money you've spent on the site but you have to wait way longer and is often more expensive than just ordering them directly on TCGPlayer. So far, my experience has been only negative. I spent a lot and only won a few cards that I need to wait months before they even process them. They're actively ignoring theirs users feedback or complaints. The few things I've asked about via support tickets or on their Discord always resulted in the most usual and generic customer support-edited, copied and pasted reply like ''We would like to assure you our new fulfillment center is working diligently to ensure all items are sourced and in quality we can stand by.'' or they just straight up ignore your concerns. You don't have to take my word for it, just go look on their Discord before spending money on that website.

I still have not received no update or cards from them to this day.

Decided to give it a try since I've seen the website around a bunch, and I regret it.

Cards take FOREVER
I wouldn't be surprised if reviews here are fake too..

- Overpriced cards
- Constantly broken website
- Frequently remove useful site features for seemingly no reason
- Poor support
- Frequent mistakes with no recompense
- Multiple month shipping times
- Missing and wrong cards after delayed shipping
- Hit or miss card quality
- Desirable cards have been increasingly removed from the site
- Many cards offered on the site are so unlikely to obtain they aren't worth spending money to try to get
- Overpromise and under deliver on upcoming features

It's not a scam site, but they have issues with every aspect of the business. The mistakes have cost me a lot money and caused a lot of frustration. When it works it's a fun experience, but more often than not it doesn't. No reason to use this site right now over other more polished sites.

It's a fun new way to collect cards just like opening up a pack.

Love the website, as a card collector it makes cards feel easier to obtain when normally they'd be out of reach.

Just collecting up drops for something big in the future

if you dont mind wait months for your cards it can be fun

I've done Multiple withdraws from this site and I get the cards I won in the condition described every time. The Mods/Devs are always active and ready to help. They listen to their community to help bring what you want to see to the site. Constantly improving experience. Best TCG spin site!

Won a few cards, and while I was understandably super hesitant to even use the site at first, as there's lots of fakes out there. But I not only received my cards, but they were delivered in PVC toploaders fully sleeved, which was great to see. Definitely suggest Pullbox, as a legit service. And I still use them often.
