Arrived on time. Everything was very well packaged!!! And I love it all. Material is great & they all help my place look more beautiful ❤️

I would recommend some products be sealed better, specifically if they’re liquids like deodorant (my order was wet from the deodorant that leaked) Besides that everything was fine.

I did receive the item - I’ve been using it for a few days now to give it a fair assessment- it is disappointingly small piece of scrubbing cloth - I like the quality but it’s so small i can’t use it to go across my back and the two strings are are very flimsy I’m sure they’ll break very soon it’s a cheap piece of the cheapest rope, not even a handle or something- the cloth itself is small and narrow and on a normal sized man (I’m 5’8) I have a hard time to scrub my back

So overall, considering that I paid over $35 for that minuscule piece of loofah that doesn’t do the job properly because mainly of its size - I’m not going to recommend this product - very disappointing quite frankly, the video looks great though

The delivery time is quick. I always get what I order in tact. Public Goods has worth while products, at a reasonable price.

I ordered two coffee French Presses on 10/11025. On 10/13/25 I got an email stating that the items had been shipped, yet I kept being notified by the Post Office that they had not yet received the package in their system. So I emailed Public Goods on 10/15 to see what was going on. I was told by representative Dhee that the warehouse assured her that the package was being picked up that day. Today is 10/20/25 and the Post Office is STILL reporting that the package was never received!!. So I cancelled the entire order and requested a full refund, which they agreed to, but could never offer an explanation of what was going on. Bottom line: I would never buy another item from Public Goods.

Definitely not like the photos/vids in the ad. Much tougher, not soft, not enjoyable to use. Would honestly love a refund... won't be using this company again.

I am so thankful that you were able to correct the shipping address before my order was shipped. When I used Apple Pay, I didn’t get to verify the order before it was submitted. I was so concerned I was going to have to have my daughter, who lives in a different state, reship the order.

I do think their items are quality but you cannot return things with any ease so beware that what you're buying is exactly what you want. They were nice enough to do a return exception for me but I had to monitor and reach out to them when the return had reached them which is more work intensive than I want to do with any online purchase so I won't be buying from them again.

Been using since 2020 in our bnb. Has a clean minimalist look and can be bought with refill bags. A unified look thru house. When you buy a lot, it's less expensive to buy direct with a membership than Amazon

We ordered 3 plates and they came in 3 separate massive boxes. Pretty ridiculous for a company thats mission statement says "Sustainability is part of our DNA". Do better

We’ve use Public Goods products for our Airbnb for years, and absolutely love them! The packaging is simple and beautiful, the products are great quality, and the refillable options make it easy to keep everything fully stocked. Definitely recommend for short-term rentals and personal use.
