The PubKeep folks have made software to keep Publisher files viable and useful, hopefully for years to come. I am grateful that they did this and work to keep improving it as it goes.

I was able to pull my newsletters made with Publisher with no issues except for a missing font. The editing experience is very friendly and very much like Publisher. I tried using Word to edit the newsletters like Microsoft mentioned but PubKeep is a far easier product to use.

I have used Microsoft Publisher for years for documents and knew it well and was very comfortable with it. I was heart broken when I heard it was being shutdown. I fully expected never to use the hundreds of .Pub documents ever again.

PubKeep has given me a new chance to recycle those documents!!!

With Publisher being elimated by Micrsoft, I had way to may files to convert. Tried Powerpoint and few other programs. Then PubKeep comes along and I can use all my files and so far its a great tool for maintaining all my PUB files

I was relieved to be able to open my publisher files! Although I have not used it yet.

I used MS Pub A LOT the last 20+ years have been really concerned (panic!) as to what I was going to do to replace it and use all my past setups. I had started backing up all my files (which over a good number of years of customer projects, including a current customer's project which I lost sleep worrying about how to fulfill that obligation!), hubby found PubKeep. I downloaded it, opened it, and was absolutely amazed how effortlessly it opens my MSPub files, just as they were, and allows me to convert and save (intact) all my MSPub files in my PubKeep file folder! I am definitely sharing this with other businesses & individuals I know. Thank you Trustpilot for PubKeep!

Overall, I have a positive review of PubKeep after using it to create a brochure. Of course menu placements and tools have moved from what I have been accustomed to in Publisher, but that's just a matter of becoming more familiar with the program. The MAJOR thing that needs to occur in the next upgrade is the ability save the files as a PDF in order to be able to share them with professional printing services and with those using other programs for editing.

I opened a publisher file, it went automatically to PubKeep and was same as the original. I had one document where it changed a # to a 1 and I could not change it back, but haven't spent too much time trying. Otherwise the few files I have opened let me edit them just fine.

Just found this replacement for MS Publisher. So far it cannot be faulted and I am so happy that years of work have been saved. Great support from the company as well! A one of payment makes things even better!

Excellent Product! Using PubKeep has been wonderful! It allows the editing of MS Publisher files without having to learn something new.

I have thousands of Publisher files and have been using it to make school resources on a weekly basis for years. The loss of Publisher felt pretty overwhelming! I tried Libre Draw, and resigned myself to using it because at least it could open my .pub files without completely mangling them. But it was very tricky to use for my particular needs, it just wasn't a natural replacement.
Then I discovered PubKeep, and it's fantastic!
The interface is so familiar that I was able to start working immediately without having to learn a completely different program layout. It opens my existing Publisher files perfectly, preserving images, text boxes and even tables.
Best of all, creating new documents feels just like using Publisher again. After struggling with many alternatives, it's wonderful to be able to concentrate on what I'm creating rather than fighting with the software.
PubKeep is clearly still developing, but I'm genuinely delighted with it. For anyone worried about losing Microsoft Publisher, I can't recommend it highly enough!

This company took a major weight off my shoulders! I am a church secretary, so lots of church bulletins. I have been involved with community theater for a long time and this program allows me to continue to create and edit so many publications. Additionally, when I have had a question or suggestion, a REAL person answers me. I am completely sold on this company.

When we first learned that MS was discontinuing Publisher we almost panicked because near 100% of our files where in Publisher. We limped along hoping for an alternative. PK came along & erased all our worries. Their support is phenomenal! We've encountered a few problems and they solved them right away. Our hat is off to this company.

I was so relieved that PubKeep was able to open all of my Publisher files. I create newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, and more. Let me say I am not a young person and I tried Canva and Libre and wondered how was I going to recreate my work and get through the learning curve. I have used PubKeep for a few things already, and admittedly I will have to figure some things out, but the fact that it opens my exisiting files so I can work on them really makes me happy.

I am thrilled to have found PubKeep! Opens my Publisher files perfectly, and was usable with a very short learning curve. As a newsletter publisher, the thought of losing all my Publisher templates was cause for near panic. Finding and using this program is a huge relief!

I just started using PubKeep so have not had a lot of experience with it. That said, so far I am pleased. Yes, it's not Publisher, but it has many of the same features. I haven't tried all the settings yet but so far, so good. It takes a bit to get used to it, and so far, I haven't found a few of the Publisher features that I was used to, but they could be there and I haven't found them yet. My biggest concern so far is that the screen seems too big to really work well on it. I think the size is set at 22% but when I try to bring it up a little bigger, it goes way too big. Yes, I did buy this, and I think I will like it once I get used to it. I had a fit when Publisher was going away and PubKeep is the closest I've found.

PubKeep is the most seamless "drop-in" replacement available to preserve your exact layouts. Other graphic design tools will force you to manually rebuild every single document from scratch because they cannot import Publisher files accurately. I’ve tested all the others as well and even the ones that can open .pub files require a lot of rework. I created a 50 fund raising journal for my volunteer fire district last year using Publisher and Pubkeep opened it perfectly allowing me to update it with ease.
Additionally, we tested it against our church bulletin and even with scratch space loaded with years of images and text boxes it opens just like it did with Publisher. The lady who does our bulletin also keeps old pages in the same file and moves them into position as many church events cycle throughout the year. She is not skilled at desktop publishing and has a habit of using spaces instead of tabs. Needless to say our bulletin file is a Frankenstein that Pubkeep tamed effortlessly.

I am excited that this app allows me to keep all of my publisher files. I literally have 100s and was dreading having to convert them all. It’s only been a short time, but I have not found any glitches or downside to using this program.

We purchased PubKeep so that we could continue having access to our MS Publisher files. We are not disappointed. We have been able to salvage all the files that would have been lost. That is hundreds of hours of work that could not be duplicated. We are happy to endorse PubKeep. They have even kept the ability to create Word Art. And it works just like Publisher did, not the wimpy version that MS Word is packaged with.
