Efficient and friendly service
Brad was very friendly and efficient. He got through the large number of devices we have across two schools thoroughly and quickly. I would be very happy to use these guys again.

From booking an appointment to the EICR…
From booking an appointment to the EICR Survey done on the house everything went as planned good work between the office staff and the electrical engineer who did the work .
The electrician (Richard ) found a fault and rectify it while on site

Fire Extinguisher Service
We had a requirement to service our Fire Extinguishers. The Engineer arrived punctually and introduced himself, explaining what he would be doing during his visit. He serviced our Extinguishers and provided guidance on some issues we needed to rectify. The Engineer represented PTS Compliance in a very professional manner and moving forward our company look forward to working with PTS Compliance.

PTS Compliance provided excellent service. They promptly answered all my questions, arranged the EICR inspection within a week, and carried it out efficiently with minimal disruption. The cost was very competitive. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.
