Bought the modern graded pack and 5 mystery booster packs

Bought the modern graded pack. All Japanese cards. Also bought the 5 mystery booster packs. 2/5 of them were English. Very disappointed. Payed $169 to get maybe $50 of value. Obviously that’s what you get when you buy mystery packs but I’d expect a little more closer to the value I payed.

Scalper prices

Will advertise english cards 100% of the time in their videos but will only send you Japanese. Their prices are outrageous and beyond scalper levels.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry for the mismatch — if our videos are showing English cards, that's what you should be getting, no exceptions. I understand the frustration of paying for one thing and receiving another, especially when it comes to language/print run, which does affect both look and value.

Could you send me your order number so I can check exactly what was shipped and get this corrected for you? If you did receive Japanese prints when English was advertised, we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement with the correct cards or a refund for the difference.

On pricing, I hear you, and I want to make sure you're not feeling nickel-and-dimed on top of this mix-up. Let me know your order details and I'll take a proper look.

I bought 3x “Pokémon Booster Pack…

I bought 3x “Pokémon Booster Pack BUNDLE (1995–2026)”.

The product page for this specific surprise box shows a great variety of booster packs, ranging from vintage sets to more recent releases. While I completely understand that the contents are random and that no specific packs can be guaranteed, I did expect a bit more variety across my three orders.

Unfortunately, all three bundles contained only relatively easy-to-find booster packs from sets released within the past year (Ninja Spinner, Mega Symphonia, Mega Brave, and Perfect Order). In addition, all of the extra (un)commons and the two rare cards included were Japanese cards with essentially no value.

Considering the cost of around €19 per order, I did not feel that I received good value for money. More importantly, the experience did not feel as special or exciting as you would expect from a surprise concept like this. I could have easily bought the same booster packs for less than €10 per order at a local store.

To be clear, I was not expecting extremely rare vintage packs or guaranteed high-value pulls. However, some more variation between the bundles would have made the experience much more enjoyable and better aligned with the product presentation.

The only positive point is that everything was packaged very well, with the packs properly protected and sleeved.

You're right that even with random contents, three separate orders landing on the same recent, easy-to-find sets isn't the variety we advertise, and that's a gap between the product page and the experience you got.

I also want to acknowledge the value point directly: if the extra commons/uncommons and rares skewed toward low-value Japanese cards across all three orders, that's not the "surprise and delight" mix we intend, and I understand why it felt like something you could've matched more cheaply at a local store. I'm going to flag this with our sourcing team so we can look at improving the pack-age distribution and value balance going forward.

I'd like to make this right — would a partial refund or bonus bundle on us work for you? Just let me know your order number and preference, and I'll get it sorted.

I really enjoyed the order

I really enjoyed the order. I ordered the 80$ full art pack, and I got a bunch of really nice cards. Even though I didn't profit the cards looked really nice and the experience of opening it made up for it! Would definitely order once more

They will send you damaged cards

I bought y’all’s master ball surprise and it only came with 2 vintage cards ( supposed to be 3) and one of those vintage is to damaged pealing edges and a big crease in half the card this is very bad business

I want to sincerely apologize for the experience he had with the master ball surprise. It’s disappointing to hear that he received only 2 vintage cards instead of the expected 3, and I understand how frustrating it must be to receive a damaged card.

Terrible experience overall

Ordered 3 mystery boxes and got the value of one without the promised free booster box. Received some credit for losses to reorder additional items which I am still chasing on after a month. Will keep monitoring and updating.

Update1: I appreciate the genuine response and will update when I receive my package

Update2: kept chasing on when this will be delivered and kept saying “this week” for the last three weeks! Will update if and when this happens!

I'm really sorry — this has clearly been a frustrating experience, and a month of chasing down store credit is way longer than it should ever take. That's on us, not you.

I've pulled up your order and I'm getting a replacement shipped out this week to make up for the missing booster box and the shortfall in value. I'm also escalating the outstanding credit issue directly so it actually gets resolved instead of leaving you waiting again — you'll hear from me personally once it's sorted, not just a generic update.

I know trust has to be re-earned here, so once the replacement and credit are both squared away, I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider updating your review to reflect that we made it right. No pressure at all if you'd rather wait and see first — just know we're on it.
