placed an order. got email saying it was delayed. emailed to cancel it. they emailed back saying it's pending and they'll try to get it approved asap. i emailed back saying no, just cancel the order. i got the same email back essentially. they're not shipping my items and they're refusing to cancel the order. company is a scam/fraud company. DO NOT TRUST THEM..

Personally, so far I love all their's products. Shipping was normal too, I have no issues after almost a year shopping from them. The underwears Looks great on me and very comfortable. Like seems uncomfortable but to be honest they are comfortable

Would agree with most of these reviews. I either wait a month fi receive the order,even after paying for fast shipping, or half of what I order is out of stock afti place the order so I only receive 2 out of 5 things. Not good business!

I have placed a order since Jan 29th over 17 days still no order customer service sucks they have u sitting on line for over 15 mins then hang up email also sucks returning your message just awful first time i order just took 2 days second time about a week now its ridiculous

Impossible to get ahold of anyone and I spent well over $100 on underwear for my son. I ordered Dec 17-22 and it’s now January 13-23. Can’t track it either. And why do they mail through USPS?? Why not Ups or FedEx? Will Never order from this company again!

I ordered 5 things in total, received only 2 of them and my emails have not been answered for 12 days now. So basically got scammed and am trying to get my money back.

This was my first time ordering from this site and I must say it was a nightmare! I placed an order Dec. 19 2021 for a Christmas gift. I never received anything, I've called several times a day and no one EVER answers the phone! I've emailed over and over and they respond 3-4 days later. After a month I didn't even want the order anymore and just got my refund. Stay away from this site, I recommend Ethika over PSD. TERRIBLE customer service.

I wouldn't recommend this store. First of all, it's impossible to get a hold of customer service and it is something not existing for them. Secondly, the day before Black Friday, when they had a sale, they removed some products and marked them as "Sold Out", and surprisingly these items came back to store the next day the sale was over. What a scam. Well deserved 1 star for such business.

They are awful I ordered a sports bra and boxer shorts in August and they still haven’t come. I also emailed and no answer. Lost €60. Shocking

High-quality premium material. The price is a little bit high, but it can be understandable if you touch the material. Everything was okay with the order, nice size, quick shipment.
