Debts deemed unenforceable but I've been told the creditors can still come after me for money after my 2 year period has ended. I can pay a retention fee however if there's any threat if legal action I have to reinstruct so I assume hundreds a month again. I'm left at the end of my 2 year period really really anxious and stressed more than I was before. Mainly because there's nothing actually written off, and the creditors do not recognise these as unenforceable as they still keep the debt there. Honestly was ok as first now I am more stressed and back on medication for anxiety over this :(

I am not happy the stress and discomfort you firm has caused me firstly I was wrongly accused for threatening anyone when I said I know people as in I will get the press release involved but got took it the wrong. Also I need all the recording on phone from day one I paid over £7,000 but my credit not be resolve I have third party contacting me for loan to go on payment plan I told them the loan is enforceable they told me we don’t know anything. this is worrrying for me soo please you need to sort this out as this is not fair and incomplete the work you done is a weeks work not the money paid. you need to take incharge until it’s sorted for free or else I will take it further this means by damaging the firm reputation I have people emailing for the experience now I won’t stop until it’s sorted

Said two of my loans where unenforceable to then return say they was and have charged me for 24 months when they completed it all within a year useless firm

Don’t use this company stole £7,000 off a client and now not replying back on email and been blocked leading to the client to be depressed and lonely horrible company will be protesting and taking it further to sort this matter out if not rectified.

Left is a terrible position- hard to get hold of and confuse you with legal rubbish
