Really pleased with this and purchased at fair price. I got it to use under my wedding dress in September and gives me that support and smooths everything out nicely. Good shape for my wedding dress, glad I found this shape.

Pretty good waist trainer- xs fitted me on the second setting (and I'm not that small) - so they come up big - but I like it!

First my order was shipped in the wrong address and second it’s not even the item I ordered! Give me my money back!!! 😡😤

I ordered a waist trainer before I read these reviews, but thankfully, I had no problems at all. Within 24 hours it was with Royal Mail, and I received it in my hands the morning after that. I did check that the product shipped from the UK, which may make a difference. (It's on the product page of the website) The product itself is well made at a very good price, constructed of power mesh and what feels like spiral steel boning. It is designed well for smoothing with minimal discomfort, and the sizing was spot on to their size chart. Very satisfied!

Don’t issue refunds I’m owed £150 not going to see that again.

worst place ever to get hold of. firstly ordered a white corset. was sent a black one. have sent email upon email yet still reply . how do i return. ive tried phoneing countless times. no answer. worst and i mean the worst place ever to get in contact with. im left with something which was their fault and dont know how to return

I’ve placed an order on the 2nd of March and today is now the 17th of March.
The website states that it takes 1-2 days for their products to deliver hence why I bought it. I still have not received anything & when I check the tracking, the courier Parcel2Go still says “Waiting for confirmation from the Courier”
I would personally avoid at all cost now. I contacted them twice and this is all their response “Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We are checking why you haven't received your order. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.”

They still haven’t got back to me.

I order the prowaist workout band, the delivery was super quick - legit came the next day! The waist trainer itself is super flattering and comfortable to wear under clothing! 100% recommend!

Reading other customers reviews it seems theft is pretty standard for this company.

Returned my items recorded delivery, provided them with proof that they signed for it but they are still not refunding me, we are now on day 9

Disgusting and have already reported them.

Placed an order for a black shapewear for a Christmas party. The item took 5 days to get to me and arrived the day before the party, in nude, not black. I emailed them and asked them to help and heard nothing. I have since emailed them again and heard nothing. Shocking customer service. It appears their answer to a problem is to ignore it. Buyers beware.

I did not receive my original order. They have told me that they are sending me a replacement since 12/10/2022.
I have not received anything and they have not been able to provide me with a tracking number upon request.- Clearly they have not sent anything out and don't have any intention of doing so.
They are now ignoring my emails.
I have asked for a refund and no response.

I will never and you should never shop with them.

The website is a SCAM.

I have been wearing my Double Belt Waist Trainer 4 for a few weeks now and I am able to see the difference. It is so comfortable and it really helps me with my posture.

Horrible customer service. Returns portal was down for weeks and inaccessible. Finally emailed just to get a response days later saying I can’t get a refund as it’s been more than 30 days. Super inaccessible, buisness model seems to be just forcing customers to keep their extremely badly sized ill fitting low quality items. Regret giving them my money.

If you have a problem with your product this company will ignore any emails or contact you try to make. They will publicly respond to your trustpilot post saying please leave your number and we will contact you but when you do they will ignore you again. Just to make it look like they are doing something.
We had an issue with a product I purchased for my wife, after 4 weeks, they just simply replied saying they only offer a 2 week return policy. I explained no their is issues with the product….silence. Complained about 6 times in writing…..silence.
