Great support

This is the second time in less than 6 months I write a review about Provident Real Estate in Dubai. During these 6 months I dealt with Mr. Raphael Bonamy from Provident to rent 3 of my apartments in Dubai Marina and I gave him my criteria about the profile of my expected tenants, and the 3 tenants he got me are considered by me some of the best tenants I have. Thank you Raphael for your professionalism and dedication and passion and patience.🙏

Dealt with this company in renting a place and dealt with one Omar Omar who was very unprofessional and unhelpful. After receiving his payment in cash and not issuing a receipt he never contacted me again and even though I tried to reach out he will not respond. I had a nightmarish experience trying to move in the apartment he rented to me because he did nothing to ensure a smooth move -in and so the management company of the building will not allow me to move in . Overall a bad experience with Omar and Provident. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Matthieu is best from Provident. This was our first experience in purchase of property in Dubai and he did his best to make all smooth.
