Navigating commercial property funds…

Navigating commercial property funds for the first time was incredibly daunting, especially with my complex situation. I had so many questions, but Joe was absolutely great. No matter when I called, he was always available to answer my questions and talk me through the process. His patience, communication, and expertise made a stressful situation seamless. A true professional

From the moment my inquiry was made Chris went to great lengths to understand my requirements. A partner was unable to honour his commitment to contribute to a deal, I was overseas for my brothers funeral and the settlement date was only weeks away. I needed help, quickly. Chris was fantastic all the way through and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and even contacting me outside of office hours because of time differences. I’ll never forget his empathy for my awkward situation. I highly recommend him.

I started my property financing journey in mid to late 2024, with limited understanding of how mortgages work. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Joe from Providence Finance Hub, and that made all the difference.

From day one, Joe has gone above and beyond. I asked countless questions (many of which probably sounded silly), often over long after-hours calls, and not once did he ever make me feel like a burden. His patience is truly remarkable — he explained every concept, every option, and every scenario with clarity and kindness, never rushing, and always making sure I genuinely understood.
