I orders 7 plants. Two were near death on arrival, four were acceptable but very small plants in an oversized pot, and one arrived thriving and at the size expected.
After sending pictures of the two dying plants and requesting a partial refund, it was promptly issued for those two items.
Ordered coral reef double impatiens and Italian Ice Rose bushes. Impatiens were dry and wilted upon arrival. I planted and watered them right away. Jury is still out. Roses were moist and looked good. Also planted them right away. Fingers crossed on all plants.
Plants arrived crushed, broken with broken pots. No one answers the phone or returns emails.
Charged my card , held delivery way past delivery timeframe. Unanswered emails, said they would ship out immediately. Received a call, the flowers were not sellable due to the condition of the plants. Two weeks in error after error with little to no communication.
I ordered flowers at the same time from both Proven Winners and Proven Winners Direct. The ones from what appears to be the "main" website were packaged and shipped flawlessly. The flowers from PW DIRECT were upside down and sideways in the box - four one-gallon pots completely ruined. I planted them but I had to cut them down to the ground basically. I contacted customer service and after a few emails they finally agreed the plants looked awful and sent me four new ones. They arrived in the same condition. The plants appeared to come from third-party greenhouses when I used PW-D so my guess is they are hit or miss, but the vendor I was dealing with was definitely a bust.
I was skeptical at first due to prices but my order arrived 3 days after I placed it and the plants were in excellent shape. I’ll be ordering from the again soon!
Just received the plants I ordered. They took a beating from the trip. I trimmed the plants and watered them. I'm waiting to see if they will survive. I hope so.
This is a scam company. I ordered and regretted it no more than 20' later at most. I wrote an email to customer service. They shipped them the next day w/o looking at their customer service emails.
They said they would be in the office at 8 AM Monday morning. I called exactly at 8 and got the same recording. I called until 9:30 and no one answered. They DO NOT have any live customer service, they just pretend they do! No returns or exchanges, ever. If the product arrives damaged, it is totally at their discretion whether they credit you or not!!!! Run away from this 'nursery.'
