I am a fan of Proud Patriot and what they have to offer, so glad I became a proud customer

I ordered 5 bee watering stations on March 7. They were described and pictured as made of ceramic and handmade by a disabled US veteran. I'd seen metal versions of these offered at other stores for lower cost, but I liked that they are ceramic and handmade by a disabled US veteran, and I wanted to be supportive. After ordering, I did not receive a confirmation of my order or a receipt, so sent an email on March 10, asking for both. I received a reply on March 12, which gave the excuse that the delay in processing the order was due to the high volume of orders. I quickly became suspicious and requested a confirmation or I would put in a fraud claim. On March 13, I received an order number which was very long and appeared to be a tracking number, but it wasn't. I also received a digital receipt, and was told that the package was in transit and would arrive very soon. I responded with a request for the name of the shipper and the tracking number. The response from them was a request for patience due to the high volume of orders and the fact that the items were handmade by disabled individuals. Then, on March 18, I received a completely different order number, and was told that the package had not yet been shipped, and was still being processed. After several more email inquiries from me, and excuses for delays from them, I received a notice of shipment and a tracking number, which was legitimate. I finally received the package on April 4, just under 4 weeks from the date of the order. Upon opening the package, I was underwhelmed. They were intact, but did not appear to be handmade or of ceramic. Had they been made of ceramic, they would have been broken because they were not in protective packaging. They did not appear as they were pictured. I will not be sending them back for a refund because I fear I would not get my money back, plus I would have to pay the return postage. I will definitely not be a return customer and I do not recommend that anyone else order from this company. One positive is that all responses from the customer service were polite, although most were not very forthcoming.

Scam site. When you buy a product, you are automatically signed up for a fraudulent "subscription" of $19.99 per month that provides no product or service. The company will not refund or return messages. SCAM business!!!

Excellent help from the support people and helped me within 1 hour and my issue was fixed.

I had a slight snafu which could have grown. Contacted customer service and they were on it immediately, corrected the issue professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely work with these people again. Thank you.

I received My Package on Time. The Product was exactly what I wanted,and in Good Condition. The Service for the Item was Fast and Curtious. Definitely recommending this Site to Others! Also, the Proud Patriots VIP Club is Awesome,because I received Gift Cards that saved Me $ on all of My Purchases,so far. 5 Stars!

Because the USPS is slow and questionable I got to communicate several times with customer service. They rock!!!

Great products. Very collectible at a reasonable price. Selection always changing. Items that are numbered to sell and make limited for a great collection. Problem solving dependent was amazing. Fixed problem ASAP and made my selection easier to buy. Could not be happier. Thank you :)

Never received the products I ordered. Is proud Patriots in business or not? Customer service did a good job in responding to my concerns and refunded my money when I reached out after 10 days had passed and no shipment notice.

I've ordered several times from this site with no problems. My last item arrived damaged and when I contacted their service, it was dealt with quickly, friendly, and corrected immediately. I was very happy with the customer service I received and will continue to order from Proudpatriots!

I had a item that arrived at my home danaged, all I was asked to do was send a picture of the item, I did no more questions asked and within days I had my purchase in my house in excellent condition thank you so much.

Purchase date was around the 13th of January not sure the exact date it is now the 31st
I've bought lots of stuff from proud patriot over the years great products it is always been very slow taking several weeks to arrive the fact that they dont do tracking like everyone else always leaves me wondering was the package stolen or is it just taking forever its been two and a half weeks since I last ordered from proud patriot thinking my father would enjoy for his birthday and I have no idea if it showed up and was stolen or if they were very slow to ship sence package theft has only happened on 1 day in my neighborhood all my years at this address
A lot of people assume since pretty much all their merchandise is Trump related that they donated to the Trump campaign or other Republican campaigns I reached out to proud Patriot and asked this question I never received an answer though when I looked elsewhere it seems there is no definitive proof that they donate to anyone despite their outrageous prices had I realized this sooner I wouldn't have bought near as much stuff from them as I have

But I could start by having a phone number that they actually answered or returned the email oh yeah and actually deliver the products that I paid for

Communication was very fast. My problem was solved, without any argument, which was surprising to me. I give them four stars because they've resolved my issues with great communication

They Charge your Credit a Monthly Fee of $ 20 without your permission. Stay away from this company.

I’ve ordered a few times and my products are always shipped quickly and are well packaged. If I have any questions or issues, they have great customer service.
