My reward for October 2025 was cancelled because Protipster claimed I was the same person as Rush641 due to matching IP and User-Agent. Rush641 finished 2nd ($200) and I (Undagon) finished 6th ($50). Both rewards were cancelled.

Treating IP and User-Agent as “foolproof proof of identity” is incorrect. IPs can be shared or dynamically reassigned by ISPs like Vodafone, MTN, etc., and User-Agent strings are not unique. Using these alone can easily create false matches.

I’ve requested a deeper review using reliable verification methods, such as device fingerprinting, login timestamps, session analysis, behavioral patterns, or geolocation checks, which are used by many professional companies for further verification, but I haven’t received a proper response yet.

Takeaway for other users: Be aware that Protipster currently uses IP and User-Agent as “proof,” which can be misleading in shared or dynamic network environments. Even if your device is unique, if you share Wi-Fi, mobile hotspots, or services like Starlink, your account could be flagged and your reward cancelled, because the system ignores more reliable verification methods.

Thank you for the company’s response. I want to clarify a few important points that remain unresolved:

1. Broad and non-technical explanation
While your system claims patterns collected over 10 years, no specific identifiers, login timestamps, device fingerprints, session IDs, storage signatures, or behavioral comparisons were provided. Without technical details, the conclusions remain unverified and unprovable.

2. Dynamic IP environments in Ghana make overlaps normal
Networks like Vodafone, MTN, Airtel-Tigo, and Busy use carrier-grade NAT, meaning thousands of users share the same public IP and routing clusters frequently overlap. Identical exit IPs appearing for unrelated users is expected. Claiming this is “statistically impossible” contradicts real network behavior.

To put this in perspective: Google, Meta, Binance, and major international banks handle billions of logins daily. Even they never rely solely on IP address, User-Agent, or timing overlaps to declare fraud. If these companies require secondary verification, it is unreasonable for Protipster to treat patterns alone as decisive.

3. No device-level verification was performed
Checks such as device model, hardware fingerprint, OS build, browser storage, cookie history, or long-term session hashes were never conducted. These would clearly show I am a single user on a single device.

4. Deleted accounts cannot be considered proof
People delete accounts for many unrelated reasons. Using this as part of your pattern is unreliable.

5. Other platforms use secondary verification
Banks, trading apps, Google, and gaming platforms all offer: device verification, KYC, video verification, geolocation confirmation, and manual-forensics review. None of these were offered here, even after my explicit request for a deeper review.

6. Conclusion appears pre-decided
If your evidence were truly conclusive, allowing secondary verification would not be a problem.

To be clear:
I am a single user on a single device. My login history, hardware, and OS fingerprint are all unique to me and do not match any other account. Your system has misclassified me due to shared infrastructure common in my country.

Note:
$50 is not life-changing money. I wouldn’t be arguing about the past reward if this were about the amount. I am raising this because your system is falsely accusing me, refusing to acknowledge the mistake, and linking my account to other people I do not know. I am more concerned about future rewards being affected by this error than the past reward.

I still welcome any proper verification method used by professional platforms to resolve false positives.

I just registered on their site and started playing this month Feb 7 2025 and everything thing is cool they have live matches too. but what I would like to see changed is that instead of having 20 free tips worth of 2000 units everyday why not only 2000 units per person at the start of the competition(month) and growing that 2000 unit and the top ten would be selected as a winner by the end of the month. Then we will know who's just a gambler and who is actual expert. Because giving twenty tips every day for everyone makes us just mere gamblers and waiting for a luck. So if you would try to change that in the future it would be awesome but overall not bad at all.

I still have my 1000000 ptc with protipster for years and I am waiting for the day they would be allowing us to exchange it for cash. This option was available years back where I once received in PayPal but they don't allow PayPal anymore.
