Creative and thoughtful designs that are great quality; definitely some of my favourite pieces I own! I have the red touch top, the raven blazer and the triple zip cardigan, all really great pieces. I also appreciate that as a bigger person they fit really well, and I can still have that oversized look with their sizing. They are great pieces I’ll have for a long time.

The pieces they make are truly unique and high quality. I have personally purchased multiple times and loved everything I got. Specially the pants, they have a great variety of styles and they're so versatile to wear with anything. Also, their customer support is great, quick responses and very helpful.

Protemoa is a trustworthy brand that has shown me exceptional customer service across multiple orders. I once had an order get lost in customs due to Trump’s first wave of tariffs and customer service (real people btw!!) was able to fully replace my order once we figured out the issue. Their designers are also very talented, whoever leads that team has a great creative eye. The garment quality is solid given their prices (but it was industry-leading when their pieces were $10-20 cheaper 1-2 years ago). They are getting a little too pricey for the “elevated basics” market in my opinion, though, and if they begin pricing most of their pants at $100+ I believe they will lose a lot of customers like me who are looking for flexible/statement silhouettes at non-designer prices. Hope you guys know how to keep a good thing going, because right now I think the selection is in a good spot and I would hesitate to change anything! love protemoa <333

Updated Review: Kind of annoying that it takes an upset Review for the company to deliver the clothes as it advertises. After this, they were email responsive and paid me back the shipping fees and the customs that were sent to me although this shouldn't have happened. In this regard, the staff were very nice and I appreciated this. The quality of the clothes seems actually good but I still have doubts if the pricepoint is fair since they are shipped from China. However, I did not appreciate being emailed so many times to change my review considering it was the holiday period. All in all although i like the clothes and the design, I found this too much of a hassle.

Former Review: Paying almost 40 euros for express shipping and not having the package after 2 weeks is embarrassing. When you write to them about this the apology email is vague and sounds like a text from a drunk friend. Seems the clothes are shipped from China so the quality is also questionable.

Lovely products! Well designed and made to last, also their customer service is on point for returns!

I ordered the Raven set and the quality is top notch. It took some time to arrive, but only because I am living in the Netherlands and I believe they sent it from America. For that reason I had some minor inconveniences when I tried so send it back, but the customer service is very helpful, so all in all this is a very recommendable brand! 10/10!

I got the Bjeans 01 and the convertible Hybrid pants + shorts a couple moths ago. They fit great just as in the website, the quality is pretty good too, definitely recommend them :).

I got a sheer Cardagin from protèmoa. It came quickly and the quality was as it looked in the image. My only criticism is that I never received a tracking number. Even though it arrived quickly, I wish I had gotten a number just to know where my package was. The cardigan itself is nice, it keeps me warm but not too hot when I’m out walking in the Florida heat with it on. I definitely want to buy from protémoa again when I’m able

OMG, this was an unpleasant experience I had, however in the end they managed to solve the issue. First of all, customer service… On their website it says that your order will be shipped in less than 24 hours, I waited 5 business days and they didn’t shipped it or texted me anything, so I texted them myself. With big nice emails, clarifying everything, I received an answer after 2 days, that pants are out of stock and i have to wait for restock or refund (on their website nowhere was said that pants are out of stock). I wanted to buy those pants for like months, so i decided to wait, but only if they will do express shipping for me (as then I woul be waiting 14 days from the day I ordered). They didn’t answer and then I received an email that my parcel was sent. I was surprised and excited, thinking that all my problems solved. In reality they sent only one item from my order without pants. I was again surprised and decided to wait for restock. And then, after weeks of waiting, without any notice I received an email with tracking number (which didn’t work), I assumed this is my pants and prepared to wait. Meanwhile, they didn’t answered my emails, or simple wrote “we will inform manager”, that’s it. No manager contacted me. And then, day X. FedEx calling me to ask for my email address, as sender didn’t give them one, and after I told them it, they sent me an email and custom clearance information. I found out that I have to pay 23$ for taxes and duties, which were supposed to be included in the price. I texted them and asked for them to pay for taxes and duties, as they supposed to. So we will see, how it goes…
And you know what is the most painful part of all of this, I really adored this shop. I wanted to buy clothes from there for months, and was telling everyone how cool their clothes is. I wanted to support them and post pictures in their clothes as soon as it comes. Every time I contacted them through this situation, I was very polite and understanding, even tho I received the most dry and short answered I have ever received from a shop. I decided to pay 200$ for 2 pieces of clothing, because I believed in its idea and that people who does it, are really in love with what they do. For me this was a very expensive purchase, that’s why I waited for months to buy it, and I’m so disappointed :(

Update:
In the end, Protémoa team contacted me and refund me money for custom clearance, and even gave me a compensation for this unpleasant situation.

Ordered a pair of jeans, very good quality and amazing fit. It took 15 days for the order to be delivered (Europe), close to what was estimated on the website. Minor inconvenience, after the mail with “received order” I didn’t receive the follow up to know it was on the way from the website (which arrived after the delivery) but the regional courier normally notified me after it took the package. Customer care responds in a day. Satisfied with the purchase and delivery anyway

Brand is good, I ordered during Canada post strike however so that might have affected shipping but that is okay because I still received my products. Very happy yay 100% should definitely buy! their customer care was very responsive and helpful for contact and questions

Ordered a sweater and it arrived in a timely manner. Zipper appeared to be faulty. I emailed customer support and sent some photos of the piece to them. They offered to replace with same item which I was happy to accept but they were out of stock of the size I wanted. They then let me choose any item off the website as replacement for the original item I had purchased. Very happy with the shipping times, quality of materials & customer service. Will definitely be purchasing from them again soon.

I have made two orders from Protémoa so far and highly rate both of the pieces I bought.
I don’t usually shop online but I loved what I saw so I took the risk and I’m so glad I did.
I have worn both tops many times since they arrived and find that there are so many looks you can achieve. I can’t wait to see what other items are released.

Ive made a few orders and each time i loved all the pieces I’ve gotten! Shipping takes a few days but I can justify it since the clothes feel high quality and unlike other clothes. Very first time they had a promo and I got a gift card from them and even THAT card was heavy and just a cool ass card . I like that they focus on quality vs quantity overall
