With all the fad diets out there continually changing based on research, I feel that it is important to just keep focus on one thing and that is creating clean, healthy, fresh baked, nutrient packed treats that taste good. No matter what “diet” you are on there are nutrients that your body will always need like protein, vitamins, fiber, and healthy fats, and there are nutrients that our bodies need very limited amounts such as sugar, saturated fats, trans fats, sodium, refined flours, and preservatives, to name a few. I always use the healthiest and cleanest versions of ingredients, such as all natural organic almond butter and peanut butter (which means the only thing listed under the ingredients on the label is almonds or peanuts), all natural almond flour, organic coconut oil, fresh all natural lemon juice, and high quality proteins, which leads to the best tasting and nutrient rich fresh baked items out there.

1st Order- Impressed

This was my first order and I was impressed. The products were better than I imagined. My first impression was this wasn't what I ordered. Then my mind was changed and I realized how wrong I was. The flavor was there and more.

This is a local company

This is a local company who actually makes a protein/snack bar that is good for you! I thoroughly enjoyed both varieties I bought & will be ordering more.

Hits the Spot

They are delicious, hits the spot if you want something 'sweet' but knowing it's high in protein & low in sugar. Great variety & it helps me get thru the holidays.

5_STAR experience and product

Your communication is 5-star and super helpful in sharing the quality of your bars and cheesecakes but also in keeping us updated on when to expect them and how to store them. But most deliciously, they are SO TASTY and SATISFYING! My 97-year old father is enjoying a protein snack on days when the nutrition in the meals served him feels lacking. The cheesecakes and bars, he reports, are filling and so tasty. He enjoys them almost daily! AND he feels more energy. THANK YOU!

Fast shipping and amazing product! Love love love! 43 and every birthday I have a cheesecake. I thought I will never find a keto cheesecake that did not taste like it!
