Irene is such a warm honest person who always wants the best for everyone. She provides excellent service to all and is very reliable, kind and trustworthy. She is also very humble and doesn’t realise how good she is.
I worked with Prosper Living, and specifically with Irene Anggård-Agnell, in connection with a potential London residential property acquisition.
What stood out was the quality of the decision process rather than a push to close a transaction. Irene acted clearly on the buy-side, helped structure the search, assessed alternatives on the ground, and pressure-tested pricing and risk assumptions. Importantly, she was equally comfortable recommending not proceeding when the risk-return profile did not justify a purchase.
The service saved me substantial time, reduced execution risk, and materially improved my understanding of the London property market. In that sense, the advisory was more of a capital-preservation tool than a cost.
I would recommend Irene to anyone looking for a serious, analytical and independent advisor when buying property in London — particularly international buyers operating under time constraints.
