Pro Soccer Store Omdömen 64

I ordered a football jerseys for 180 euros and after payment they automatically returned messages but nothing from then.
I checked online for review for that store and I realized that is a scam.
They are not answering on the Instagram or e-mail.
I reported them to all European institutions and I will personally sue them.

Everyone report them!

I went there and bought a pair of Messi boots and when I came back to Singapore I checked and there were two right boots and I saw him put boots in there so I think it was intentional definitely a 1 star

Pro Soccer has the perfect product I'm looking for and that's a 5 stars…Maybe we should just be open-minded and expect our package patiently. The problem is that sometimes, it takes a bit longer to get help from customer services. I would say the processing of the package is a bit poor and I would give it 2 stars. It takes a while for the package to get shipped out and that's what makes us concerned about our package. There’s nothing we can do about it other than supporting Pro Soccer as loyal customers. Hopefully one day we will get the service we all wanted. I hope that we can show our respect and we will also be respected. Rating lack of 1 star for future improvements. THANK YOU

I order Nike Mercurial Vapor 14 Elite FG but I get fake and poor quality boots not even correct shape.when I sent a request for return, I get the Chinese address where the shipment was returned and I still haven't received the refund and probably won't.Total scamm!!

Recently placed an order and even though tracking said it was delivered I never received the items I paid for. Customer service was extremely rude and even tried to blame me. I am trying to get my money back but they will not help me and point fingers at ups while ups does the same thing. Will never shop here again. If package ever manages to show up I will be returning items regardless because I refuse to do business with this company. Sad because I had high hopes. Order #81374 @ Jessica Kelly

If you want to help me then resolve my issues. The only one at a loss is here is me. You point fingers at ups and they point fingers at you. I never said it wasn't delivered. It just wasn't delivered to me. I just want my money back or replacement. But your customer service is very rude and I recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I don’t know about this company I bought a pair of adidas nemiziz 19+ dark script in a size 7.5. Before that I never knew how hard it was to find a pair of those in that size. It’s almost impossible. Also we tried calling them and emailing them but they never got back to us. It’s been a week now I’ll see how long it will take for them to get here and report back my real experience. For now though I’m leaving them at a one star.

Bought a Mexico Print Jacket as a gift for my son that lives in another state and it came damaged. Like it was burnt from the sleeve. How embarrasing!!! Tried to return it and my return date expired. They refused to give back $130 on this piece of crap. Keep the money I'll NEVER order from this store again or suggest for anyone close to me to do so. Garbage!!

Pro Soccer is an excellent source for soccer gear with incredible customer service. My son was flying from GA to an ID camp in 2 days in OH and needed new cleats. He wears a size 12, which was impossible to find locally in Macon, GA. I searched online and found Pro Soccer, and attempted to buy new cleats with overnight delivery—except the website confirmed delivery in 5 days instead of overnight. I called Jessica at Pro Soccer, she walked me through the process, confirmed the boots were available for overnight delivery, fielded multiple calls from me to make sure, and we received the boots the next day—-from somewhere in CA to Macon, GA. The customer service from Jessica was beyond incredible and I highly recommend Pro Soccer to soccer families that need gear.

I think this site is fake. There is no reply even if I send an email, and there is no reply even if I leave a message on Instagram. Also, it takes too long to deliver. So I request a refund. #82593 This is the order number. Please give me a refund. please.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY ARE VERY RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE. YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING IF IT DOSENT FIT

I wouldn't even give them one star absolutely rubbish online store Pre ordered a pair of Nike football boots as they were out of stock was given a delivery date of the 10th December,
But on the 6th December I was emailed to tell us we were no longer going to receive the boots and our order has been cancelled.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Their shoes run small and they have poor customer service. No where on their site does it say that a customer is supposed to pay for the shipping. They have the nerve to take it out of the cost of the. I guess they in business to swindle. Rep arguing that Amazon is the only people to provide free shipping. How sad and false to uphold your companies fake and fraudulent shoes and policy

They are fraud. They send me Duplicate shoes. Don’t buy shoes from this website. They can’t even reply any mail after delivery shoes. Don’t deserve star. Absolutely terrible shoes

I ordered a paid of boots a month ago - order number 77279. I havent heard a thing since and after reading reviews i would like a refund before they get shipped.

Terrible!!!! I got the best model of Nike boots. The glue between the cleats and the boot ripped off right away. I sent them back and received a new pair that broke the same way again. They didn't send me a new pair a third time. Their boots aren't the quality that new Nike boots should be.

Doesn't deserve 1 star! Ordered football boots on 07 February 2022, money debited from account but never received an acknowledgement email. Despite trying to make contact via email, messenger & Instagram I have had no response. Boots eventually arrived today (08 March 2022) - total fakes & not anything remotely like the boots I actually ordered & paid over £120 for. Trying again to make contact to arrange return - as per the instructions on the website but no response yet again. Trading Standards need to close this site down - 100% scammers!

Received an obviously counterfeit product that didn’t even match the invoice included in the box. Took 3 months to finally (luckily) get a refund.

I have never had to wait this long for an order. And when my football boots did arrive they were not in a box and no stuffing inside the boots. So the shoes had been squashed and moulded in a weird way with bumps on them. I physically would not be able to play football in them. The quality of the boots which I paid £100 for were TERRIBLE- the grip pattern on the boots were rubbed out and it was obvious the boots were FAKE! I have requested a refund many times but no reply.

If I could give no stars I would. Had to return a pair of boots due to sending the incorrect size and they then said they didn't have correct size. Three weeks after they said they had refunded the money I am still in dispute with them....still no refund
