This company is a scam I would no trust…

This company is a scam I would not trust anything they say. I paid the fees associated with what they said they would be giving to me. Everyone of the leads were investors looking for off market deals, which I don't need help with that. Then when I finally dispute my charge with pay pal they get in touch with me and tell me to cancel the dispute and they now promise to send me viable leads. Again still haven't gotten anything for the money I spent. Now they are texting me again asking if I want info on how their program works? Is this a complete joke. I will be sending their info to the BBB and hopefully get them exposed as a scam.

This company promises leads that are…

This company promises leads that are genuine. They also offer a moneyback guarantee however they do not respond to any of your emails, questions or request. The only thing I have gotten is an automatic response. Every lead that they sent my direction was a fake lead five of them even said they never even requested information. Do not fall victim to this scam! You will be disappointed.

We’d like to confirm upfront that you have already been issued a full refund for your Premium Plan, even though your request did not meet the refund eligibility criteria stated in your signed agreement. We processed this refund in full purely as a gesture of goodwill to close the matter respectfully.

For clarity, you signed up on June 15, 2025, for our Premium Plan, which provides intent-verified and pre-screened referrals — not “qualified” or pre-approved buyers. This distinction is clearly stated in both our agreement and disclaimer. Qualified leads cost exponentially more in the market, and our service is designed to connect agents with verified prospects who have expressed real intent to buy or sell.

During your active period, you received 9 exclusive referrals across your servicing areas of Peoria and Glendale. Each referral was verified by our team through direct phone or chat communication prior to delivery. We even provided call recordings of these verification processes for your review. While responsiveness can vary from prospect to prospect, which is common in real estate, every opportunity delivered to you met the agreed-upon standards of an intent-verified referral.

Our support channels (support@prorealtify.com
| 719-787-7581) operate 24/7. The only automated reply you received was because your message arrived on Labor Day, when live support was temporarily limited. Our team responded promptly once business hours resumed.

At Pro Realtify, we take transparency and fairness seriously. We fulfilled every obligation under the agreement and even went beyond policy to ensure this was resolved amicably.

They are horrible and refused to provide refund after providing no verified leads. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

For clarity, you signed up on May 5, 2025 for our Growth Plan, which provides intent-verified referrals — not pre-approved or transaction-ready “qualified” buyers. This distinction is clearly outlined in the agreement. Intent-verified referrals are vetted and confirmed by our Business Development team through direct communication before being shared with our agents.

During your campaign, you received 6 exclusive referrals within your chosen service areas. All were intent-verified with valid contact details and genuine interest confirmed at the time of verification. While responsiveness can vary — which is a known challenge in real estate lead generation.

At Pro Realtify, we value transparency and fairness. We regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we stand by the fact that services were delivered as agreed. Ultimately, we went beyond the contract by issuing a full refund to resolve this matter amicably.
