Don't let the rain dampen your game
Had the trousers on for the first time yesterday in the rain with no problem.
The jacket that I have had for a while is still has good.
Got a hat. Just bent the rear up to stop it catching on my jacket. No need for a umbrella.

Positive customer support. Slow refunds

Really excellent and polite service on telephone. Clear and correct with information and responses to my questions. The 3 star rating is for the length of time to process a refund. Getting on for 3 weeks. Rather tardy

Exceptional Experience with ProQuip's stormFORCE Gear

I recently purchased the stormFORCE Trousers and Rain Jacket from ProQuip, and I am thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Despite being an international order, the shipping was incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The products arrived exactly as advertised, reflecting the high quality that ProQuip is known for. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, with a team that was responsive and genuinely helpful. Overall, ProQuip exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products and exceptional service.

Smart outfit stylish and rain proof

ProQuip always good fit plenty of room not skimpy like other brands. Excellent quality and really nice colours. Rain proof excellent, does the job, ordering on line and delivery easy and efficient. Hat wrong size, my error returned and received replacement no problem

Customer service is exceptional

Customer service is exceptional. Although I had to return/exchange some items do to sizing, the staff is first rate in assisting in facilitating the merchandise return, offering guidance as to costs and practicality, as well as offering what they could do from Great Britain to their customers in the United States. Having ordered from them in the past, and with the same great service, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future, and offer my endorsement.
