Good quality and fast delivery

I love Prop options. The quality of the items is amazing. I know that all the products I buy are well made, can withstand the weight of my tiered cakes and will last a long time, not to mention the designs are stunning!

I’ve always found their delivery to be prompt and efficient and the items come well packaged for protection. They are the only company I use!

Always great communication and their products are wonderful. I love the fact they keep creating new products instead of just selling the same. I run a wedding cake company and I use their stands and other products all the time.

Great quality. I ordered some acrylic spacers and textured rolling pins for a wedding cake am working on. I can't wait to see the finished product. Thank you for the quick delivery and great communication.
Looking forward to visiting your stand at NEC cake show for more products.

Prop Option has been the best decision I’ve made and am happy to purchase more and highly recommend. I’ve got 3 rolling pin and will definitely buy more designs

The purchase was straightforward and the delivery was speedy too. The items arrived as advertised on the website.

Fast delivery. very good quality

Customer service is quick, polite and on point. My auto-fill accidentally added my old address to my order and I hadn't noticed till checking the confirmation email from Propoptions. I emailed them, Ben responded and corrected the error and my parcel arrived to the right address within the 2 days service I asked for. Perfect!

Wonderful innovative products and fast delivery. The only thing I would like is clearer information on how heavy a cake the cake stands can support.

Quick delivery and beautiful stands that I bought

I ordered the Round Acrylic Fillable Clear Tier Seperator. This is the 2nd one I've bought.
I love the versatility of the separator. I can fill it with flowers or lights or both!
The delivery was really quick and it came with protective packaging for storage when not in use.
I had a query before ordering and got a quick reply that was very helpful.

Design was excellent and the shipping speed was fast

I saw this company in an advertisement in the Saracino cake magazine.
I emailed them to get some advice on a cake that I am doing.
They answered my email the next day and they proceeded via phone calls and emails with very helpful and informative guidance.
They offered to make a bespoke floating tier stand for me, but I just ended up with an off the shelf one.
I intend ordering more equipment from them.

The guys at Prop Options are amazing, their products are fabulous, the team are super helpful and fast delivery!

Cake stand arrived quickly, and is well made and sturdy. Package was wrapped and padded well and arrived safely.

I’ve purchased several items from Prop Options and each time the delivery has been fast, especially for international shipping.

I find the quality of the items to be of superior quality to other cheaper options.

I also enjoy following Prop Options on social media for inspiration and guidance from other cake designers.
