Genuinely had a fantastic experience with PDUK and Suchi!

I was able to give Suchi my buying criteria and she came back to me very quickly with many well-matched properties. I choose one out of the bunch and asked if we could complete it quickly because I wanted to avoid the announced SDLT non-UK resident surcharge (I live in Australia) and she was able to complete the deal in just 4 weeks in March 2021 (amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and buyer frenzy during the SDLT holiday) - very impressive, to be honest! Suchi was not only very responsive (we communicated via Whatsapp and email), but also very helpful as it was my first property purchase and I had no idea about the process.

As I've been very happy with their service and fee structure, I will be buying my future properties with PDUK - providing they keep delivering great deals of course :)
