Door/s & other carpentry repairs
I booked some carpentry repairs with Property Rescue Services and they were great from start to finish! super helpful during the booking of the appointment and the handyman who came to do the repairs was absolutely fantastic super polite and mindful of getting the job done as quick as possible but correctly.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

The general start of the work was good, but a couple of issues came out and could have been handled much better. I am still waiting for an outstanding safety certificate, for example.

Prompt
Prompt, friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately, the leak was not resolved on the first visit, so they returned quickly this month to deal with it again. We will only know once we get heavy rain again whether they succeeded. Not the cheapest, but they have been very responsive and reliable so far.

Highly recommend!
This is a very professional company with heads who are approachable, friendly and honest. Their quotes are accurate and affordable and their work is fast, effective and efficient. They always aim to resolve any issues and I felt supported and I appreciated their good customer service. I highly recommend this company for all your maintenance issues!

Didn't receive any kind of service
A gentleman turned up (we thought to do the work) and proceeded to tell us he was only there to give us a quote.... more than a week later and we have still heard nothing and had no communication whatsoever. Complete and utter waste of our time and have employed another maintenance company to do the work.

We apologise for any confusion that may have lead us to send someone to quote for your work rather than an engineer to fix your issue. We aim to return quotations within 7 days of our survey unless the matter is of an urgent nature which will then receive priority. However, in times of high demand or staff absence this may extend which is this the case in your instance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and in the future will advise clients if there likely to be a wait for quotations to be returned.
