So far so good. I have opted for the PA services and the lovely Mary looks after me. She has loaded all my properties on the portal and is now chasing my management companies for the house compliance.

I cannot rate this highly enough, for me it's been fantastic, the ease of getting everything uploaded and the emails letting me know when gas certs etc are expiring with the option to press a button and they deal with it all is a lifesaver, Mary my go to has been amazing and so helpful, if you have property this is the app for you

I’ve been using Propell for a few…
I’ve been using Propell for a few months now and I’m very happy with the service. My assistant, Mary, is always on point, keeps the system updated and has pretty much replaced the VA I used to rely on for a lot of these tasks.
I was also a bit reluctant to get an insurance quote through them, but I’m glad I did — they saved me at least £800. That saving alone has more than paid for a full year’s subscription.
Really impressed so far and would definitely recommend Propel.

Excellent Platform That Keeps My Property Portfolio Organised and Compliant
Propell has transformed the way I manage my property portfolio. Having all of my properties in one place makes it incredibly easy to access important information, monitor key documents, and keep track of when certificates are due for renewal.
They have also provided excellent value for money by helping source reliable contractors for essential compliance requirements such as EPCs, EICRs, and other property certifications. This has saved me significant time and effort while ensuring everything remains up to date.
The online portfolio system is professional, intuitive, and extremely well organised. Before using Propell, my property records were spread across multiple places, making management more stressful and time-consuming. From my first meeting with the director and the subsequent support from my account manager, Mary, the service is brilliant.
Everyone is so friendly and willing to support, and the services I'm getting have saved me a lot of time because everything is streamlined on one platform. I would really recommend this platform to any property owners who have got a multitude of properties and want it to seamlessly store all data.

Compliance Tracking
