This tool has really helped me as a beginner getting in to the property market, very easy to use. Some tools on the market are difficult to navigate and quite 'techy', whereas this one flows seamlessly. The clear verdict at the end is my favourite feature. Definitely recommed.

Aa property investor starting out on my journey I found the deal analyser a game changer It's guided me through the steps to analyse a property in confidence. I now use the information to have informed conversations with my estate agent. I really like the property details and comparables information which I’ve used to negotiate further with my agent. My favourite feature is the refurb estimator and the down loadable schedule of works which I used as a guide when reviewing a refurb with my builder. Would highly recommend.
Very useful app for property research, it takes the leg work out of collating costs with verified numbers, checking out the location and giving an assessment of the investment potential.

I’ve found the PropAI Analyser really useful for assessing property deals quickly and getting a much clearer picture of the numbers. It saves a lot of time going through the different aspects of a deal manually, and the level of detail in the analysis gives you plenty to work with when making an informed decision.
I also really like the ability to customise and export the reports as PDFs, which makes presenting the figures and deal information to clients much more straightforward. Overall, it’s a very useful tool for anyone involved in sourcing or analysing property investments.
Just finished my 7 day trial and it was very easy to get used to and navigate which convinced me to go for the advanced subscription plan highly recommend to any property investors if you want to speed up the process from start to finish
