Excellent communication and delivery times

I am alway leary to buy off of Facebook to these selling campaigns. Promptanda is what they say they are and I received exactly what I order in a time period that was very reasonable. I would recommend this seller!

When I made the order it came with the month time so it was good... id order again off this dote.... im still trying out my product so hopefully it does what its ment to do

When I initially ordered the product, I was charged almost $20 more than what was quoted. I had to reach out to the company to find out what was going on and they did rectify it. But that shouldn’t happen from the very beginning.

This company is a rip off!! I ordered Easter gifts for my grandkids beginning of March and I still have not received my order and it’s almost June! When I email them, which I have numerous times, they say they have shipped me another order and it’s on its way. I have asked for a refund and they just keep saying that they have shipped me another order. Do not order from them.

The company provided speedy fulfillment and the product delivers as promised. I'm able to groom my l9ng haired cat and keep her mat free with little to no discomfort. She's much more amenable to the process and much happier with a neatly groomed coat.

I ordered 2 rabbit keychains from Promptanda March 17 and still have not received anything. I followed the tracking number they gave me until it was out of Spain. I contacted them many times and they assured me the items were on their way. They also said they would send out replacements however never sent a tracking number and stopped all communication after that. After many emails and being patient, I realize this company is a fraud/scam. They took my money and I never received anything. DO NOT order from this company!

Item never received and company will not provide refund. Every single email from them tells me to check tracking. I know how to check tracking. The item was ordered months ago and despite it saying it was delivered, I have not received it. This company has terrible customer service. Do not order from them.

I ordered for Easter March 19,26 and I have never received my bunny. They showed all this shipping detail which obviously wasn't real. How did my item stopped in Kansas city and my address was in Florida. It was another scam, I will Never buy anything off Instagram again.

First my order had a crazy amount of tax. They did end up refund refunding that.

I attempted to cancel my order within SECONDS of placing it. They claimed it had already shipped BUT it did not really ship until a week later.

More time went by and I received a notice of unpaid postage from USPS. This even though I paid to the company shipping charges!
USPS has informed me that this is a scam they have been seeing a lot of. These companies are creating fraudulent US postage labels.

The company offered to send me a new product but I would have to pay shipping again and pay them for their cost of the product. What?!?!?
And it would probably be shipped with another fraudulent USPS label!
