this cosmetologist disfigured my face for my own money. I asked her to remove the bruises under my eyes, she gave a 100% guarantee and changed 0% as a gift, she decided to burn my face with a laser so that the post-acne was not visible, in the end, four months passed, deep scars remained, it was not visible before the procedure, that is, before the procedure, I was a Beauty. Before she did the laser on me, she did not warn that the scars should heal after six months of argument and that you can not go out in the sun and how to take care of your face, she was only interested in taking my money, all you got was a ruined face and now I bought a lot of expensive care to remove what she did and it is impossible to remove, you need to go to a good cosmetologist and treat my scars, do not even think about going to this cosmetologist, she will destroy your face
the procedure was done on June 17. all the correspondence is on WhatsApp and photos before and after the procedure. the cosmetologist started to ignore me and said that she did everything she could. but in fact she burned her face and the bruises under her eyes did not go away. I say fix it and she just ignores me she is only interested in money results she does not want to do I warned her that the result is important for the day if she had told me at the beginning that she cannot help at least to change even a little I would never in my life have gone I just wasted the money and now I have been spending a lot of money for four months on care that does not help me to get rid of the scars from her laser on my face and neck I cried a lot and I want to warn you so that you do not waste your money on such a terrible cosmetologist

Fantastic, Joanne is excellent, I’ve never had anything like this done before, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Talked me through what she was going to do, and it was exactly how she explained. Thanks Jo, I feel fantastic about myself again now!

Beautiful place, stress free easy to book appointment made me feel at ease, the beautiful receptionist Jess was so welcoming lovely happy women, Joanne what can I say she is brilliant explained everything you can see she really enjoys her job and brilliant at it.

Absolutely brilliant when I had my appointment didn’t have to wait . Which is rare in any clinic. Also the place is spotless . And Joanne the nurse listened to my problems didn’t rush me gave me an injection in my shoulder and it’s been great . So as far as going the doctors and waiting for months and months highly recommend this place 5 star from me 👍👍👍👍

I came to promed because I couldn't get an appointment at my doctors for over a week.
I walked strait in after work was greeted by the friendliest and very professional staff had a consultation and a full set off bloods done and went on my way.
Got my results a few days later had everything explained to me in great detail couldn't be happier with my experience
