If I could give a ZERO rating I would. This place is an absolute joke. Stay far away from these clowns!!!!.

I gave them a 2nd chance to redeem themselves on an order I placed on Dec.3rd and promised it would ship this week. Today I get a bad tracking number that it shipped on FedEx. Emailed them today and told them my patience has reached the end. I get some bulls--t email that they are sorry, may I mention that the word sorry was used multiple times through my email exchanges but never provided any solutions. They abruptly canceled the order because it was not in stock and said I will get refunded in 2 days.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Sent me fakes. I ordered from them twice, a Valentino Born in Roma Intense, box and bottle serial number matched, came sealed, everything looked legit, except the juice itself was clear when it should have been pink. Also did not last very long. Was not sure so placed another order for Baccarat Rouge. This time, the serial # on the bottle did not match the serial # on the box. The juice was very watered down. Thankfully was able to get my money back. But be warned. This place is definitely NOT legit.

This company is a scam. I purchased a 3.4 bottle of Valentino Donna Roma perfume at $75 but I received a purplish in color liquid that smells like toilet spray. I am disappointed in this company for deceiving and scamming me out of money. I am requesting a refund. I recommend not purchasing anything from this fraud scamming company. I read a lot of the reviews by other customers giving positive results before I decided to make a purchase and I still was scammed. WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SCAMMER!

The problem that occurred with this company is that they sent me a perfume that doesn’t smell like the actual perfume brand I ordered, but they claim that the perfume is authentic. I’ve purchased this perfume in the past from trusted sellers and the smell was completely off. They did refund me my money, but it also took over two weeks to ship the bottle perfume on top of things.

I ordered Lancôme Advanced Génifique serum and got all the Lancôme-branded packaging—but the product inside was NOT Lancôme. Looks like they refilled the bottle with some cheap drugstore lotion. If I hadn’t used this product before, I wouldn’t have known. These people belong in jail!

Ordered an expensive cologne and tracker says it was delivered but it was not. Customer service number is a fake. Sent an email though that is likely fake as well. I’ll give it a couple of days and then take this further.

Received a COUNTERFEIT, FAKE La Prairie Eye cream.
If you KNOW your products, the smell, and the packaging. The packaging was CHEAP, the container was cheap paper, and the spatula was plastic/had bubbles on it- resurfacing. It's supposed to be metal, not plastic. I wish I could attach pictures. The smell REEK of a cheap toxins. I placed some in my finger, and it stank DISGUSTING. you cannot fake LA PRAIRIE. If you are getting a "too good to be true" deal. it’s FAKE. If you are thinking about buying La Prairie, please go to a real store and check it for yourself. - it's one of the most expensive creams in the market. They are wonderful. It's not supposed to smell like flea market grandma's perfume that expired 10 years ago. It also has glitter in their cream lol I tried it on my hands and they put glitter… shimmers with glitter cmon. Were they selling this on their gold la prairie too? They refunded me, they said their distributors are trustworthy and have been selling this cream a lot.

Ordered Estee Lauder Perfectionist serum and received all the Estee Lauder packaging but the cream WAS NOT Estee Lauder. Assuming they refill the bottle with dollar store cream. If I wasn't familiar with the product I would not have known. They need to be arrested.
