I cannot express what FANTASTIC service I received today from Swindon's branch manager - Justin Holloway. Not only did Justin respond to my call promptly, he turned up at the exact time he agreed. He was extremely professional and helped put my mind at ease given the situation I was experiencing. A great customer experience from start to finish and I strongly recommend using Prokill.
I did have a contract with Homeserve which I have now cancelled!

Misleading info at on site visit. Beware
was given a quote on site which gave me a guarantee. Then after the work completed said the guarantee isnt active unless i pay a considerable amount more.

Prokill technicians visited three time and toll me that my mouse problem had gone .Two weeks after this the mice were back ,or had never gone.This time the infestation was a lot worse.I rang them up but they were not interested I was told I would have to pay another £200 plus for another course of treatment,i was disgusted and am taking it further.

Very impressed
I recently had need to have a honey bee nest in my house dealt with. I called the local (King's Lynn) Prokill group on Thursday afternoon, someone came out on Friday and discussed the situation with me before applying the appropriate chemicals to (sadly) kill the bees as the hive could not be removed. I received good, professional and helpful advice and on the Monday as had been arranged was called and a time arranged for that day for the entrance to the hive to be blocked up to protect other bees.
I would definitely recommend the King's Lynn Prokill service.

Fantastic pest exterminators!
The Prokill technicians designed and set up of a bird proofing solution for the business I work with. First of all they ran one of their famous expert and free Pest Risk Audits and identified the problem: Seagulls roosting on the roof and then installed a Seagull net.
This way they to completely isolated the roof space, whilst still allowing access to the roof lights and AC units.
