Completely fraud site for salon grade products. Recently ordered a colorant but they sent me an expired one and when complained about the matter they in first refuse to acknowledge that the product was expired to begin with, they even refuse to replace or refund by saying that the product was punctured when I provided images of undamaged product. Utterly unprofessional behaviour. Never buy any products from this site.
prokareHub offers top-notch cream, lotion, and shampoo that nourish and moisturize skin and hair. Made with love, leaving you feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed always!
I'm absolutely loving their new Eye Brightening Cream! The applicator is so cooling and soothing, and the results are instant. My under-eye area looks more awake and refreshed than ever.
Best beauty store in town! Wide range of products and amazing deals. Got my favorite sulfate-free shampoo and their rosehip night cream with SPF here.
They sell LV fragrances claiming it to be original. After recieving the product its obvious its not an original one but instead a copy.
Before buying the product I emailed them asking whether its a genuine product to which they replied that it is indeed a genuine LV product.
After contacting customer service they told me its told in the product description that it is a copy, when buying the product the product description has no mention of this. I have pictures to prove that there was no mention of it being a copy.
Only after complaint did they add it to the description and refused to refund me.
They have been scamming and getting bad reviews so they had to change their name to "Prokarehub", originally Prokare.in where you can see others who have been lied to also.

Dear Kehu, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been for you. Unfortunately as conveyed to you before also Original LV costs more than 16000 and no where in world its avaialble for 990, On website also its mentioned overrun production. Our advice is next time you buy please be concious of price for a LV.
