Projector air filter replacement

The air filter replacement was the exact size and the filter membrane has performed to my expectations. I will definitely be a future customer. I appreciate the quick response to my order.

I ordered a projector screen and pre paid for it. They sent the wrong size screen so I called them and they never made the exchange. I now have a wrong size and am out the cost of the screen I ordered. Bad service.

I'm very sorry you feel our service was substandard.

All my records show we shipped you the screen you ordered, it shipped right away, and delivered within a week or so of order. Then, when you determined it was too big for your needs, we did obtain a RMA for its return with the screen's manufacturer. The RMA was created 2 weeks after your original order was placed, so it appears the whole process from order, to delivery, to dispute, to resolution happened very quickly.

If I've missed anything, if you believe my information is incorrect, or if you would just like to talk and share your experience with me in more detail so I can better understand things from your perspective, please feel free to reach out to me directly, at your convenience.

Again, I apologize that you believe your service/experience with PSS was anything less than stellar.
