Repeated Ghost Touching Issue, Very Frustrating Experience
I bought this keyboard 6 months ago and after around 4 months this problem started. Ghost touching issue, which means when I press one key some other keys also get activated automatically. Because of this I went to return it and they replaced it with another one. But same thing again, after just 1 month the same issue came back. Honestly why are their keyboards like this. Feeling extremely frustrated. My warranty is still valid so yes I can go and replace it again, but it takes so much effort. I have to go there, create a ticket, wait, sign documents and then get a replacement. But what’s the point, after one month the same issue will happen again. Totally feels like a waste of my money.
Never Havit again
Honestly, a keyboard can be found in much better quality and even cheaper in a general supermarket. After experiencing such a low quality product I’ll never buy anything from Havit again!
This is the first keyboard (HV-KB486L) I’ve tried that gives black fingers from all the plastic that is loosening from the keycaps. I’ve NEVER seen such a low quality keyboard before! Already within the first week of usage the most used keycaps lost the letters and plastic around them (W,A,S,D,R,X,C,V) – turning the keycaps from black with white letter into pure white keycaps. Further more, there is barely any support for the keys on the keyboard, so the larger keys are not able to be pushed down from a side angle and should only be pushed down in the middle.
Never Havit again.
PS: The order was 1 year earlier (2023) - just never got to the review!

It's hard to imagine experience of even cheap keyboard die, currently I'm typing on 4+ years old wireless keyboard from aliexpress... but somehow havit were able to produce such garbage wired keyboard that it couldn't survive more than 7 months. Havit KB106L.
I thought oky maybe it's wire, gonna just test it with multimeter - no wire is fine. Re-soldered each wire... and what a surprise - still dead.
I assume that it died during computer shutdown day before, came back to it after 18+ hrs - rip no input on password field. F - no respect
Scam!Stay away from them
Scam!Stay away from them! Never have my order delivered! Only the delivery status suddenly changed to “unsuccessful delivery” even if there is someone home 24/7 and nobody never came here to deliver. No info about where it is just a general message “the item is at the local delivery office”. And an email saying i will not get cashback. So maybe i should call but guess what? NO ENGLISH! They said use the app but the app won’t open! Just a well organized scamming system.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I placed my order in march 2023 for my Sisters wedding July 2024 so plenty of time. First there is no contact phone# so all communication is via email and they definitely take their time responding. My Sisters board was delivered 3 days before her wedding so stress was already setting in and I was frantically messaging them but they had no urgency at all. To my horror the seating plan arrived severely damaged and the frame was snapped in half! I messaged them once again playing the waiting game! 3 days before the wedding! They said I had to file a claim myself with UPS and that they would ship a new one! Remember 3days before the wedding! We all left to go to the hotel wedding venue on Friday so I informed them of the hotel address and that the deadline for delivery would be 10am Saturday morning the day of the wedding! Imagine how stressed I was! It didn’t arrive! so we had no seating plan for the guests at all it was a mess! I have since received a message from the seller stating that I told them july18th which is a total lie I’m not going to give them a wrong date for a wedding…it’s simply a lie and not true! I placed a call to UPS as they said that someone would be out to inspect the damaged item but they have never shown up however I did find out from that call today July10th, the wedding is obviously over now! that the new board is out for delivery today arriving to my sisters home address and that the seller has now been fully compensated with the cost and that I need to contact a company in China if I had any issues with that! I purchased this item from Hevit Bridal in Wyoming, USA not china so why should I contact china. This has caused a colossal amount of stress for both me and my Sister considering how far in advance I ordered it, they really do not take into consideration if it arrives damaged. I am beyond upset! we had no seating chart for my Sissy’s wedding! I have contacted the seller (Helen Harris) who has received a refund from UPS I have also paid her in full so she has been paid twice but she is ghosting me. I cannot call on the phone it’s more than frustrating! Again UPS have confirmed that the seller has been made whole.
I would urge anyone thinking about using this company to think again! The product is out sourced to china without you knowing and and is very cheap looking! Nothing like the pictures on her website ! Also forget about customer satisfaction because if something goes wrong you will not exist and an human in her eyes. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had period! especially as it involves weddings which are supposed to be very special and personal! Hevit bridal you absolutely ruined my Sisters wedding day by misrepresenting the shipping location and not having a care in the World after you got paid! Shame on you!

This is 0 star company. I purchased a set of Bluetooth headphones via a special on the Today show. I received the headphones and needed to charge prior to use. After charging via USB for a little while I check to see if the charging light was still on. It was not on and when I touched the charging cord it was RED hot. When I tried to plug in charger again the charging port on the headphones slipped inside the earphones making it impossible to charge. I assume the heat melted something inside the earphones. They are not a paperweight. All attempts to contact Havit were worthless. I found several email addresses and sent them a note with photos of the earphones. Crickets!

bought some headphones and i paid on line. after a while i got this message:

Order xxxxxx was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been refunded .
point is i got just partly refund.
i think the only fraudolent staff here is just this provahit.com.

Don't waste your money
I wish I could give this product a 0 stars but it is not an option. These headphones broke off inside my son's brand new tablet and I had to repair his tablet at my expense!! The company dosent response to emails. I have photos of the damage this was 2 min after opening the product. This is pure garbage and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!

Amazing Hardware with TERRIBLE Software
It would be difficult to explain how bad the software is that supports the HV-KB395L keyboard I recently purchased. I'm going to try.
First off the look. It looks like someone explained a modern UI to a programmer who had never seen one, and they proceeded to create how they interpreted the explanation. It's locked to one size, it randomly uses 3d buttons on a flat aesthetic, and if you figure out how to use parts, it often uses ancient windows elements, like the color picker that seems to be from the original mspaint.
Mapping custom key actions is nearly impossible, or maybe impossible, I can't figure it out. You can double click on any key to assign custom actions, and create key combinations.... but in trying to set ctrl+up to volume up (because apparently the function key can't be used for custom hotkeys), after 15 minutes I gave up.
The LED management is basic, buggy, and fraught with limitations. The default colour choices, for which there are 8, can not be added to, merely replaced. You cannot mix user customized and effects, nor can you create hybrid effects (IE you cannot have statically lit keys that also then have a ripple effect). The feature set of the LED management compares poorly to any of the big brands.
The hardware seems pretty great, but this software, which didn't even earn a name from the manufacturer, instead just being called "HV-KB395L" (the Keyboard's model number), would make me NOT recommend this to anyone looking for advanced functionality.

Havit 17" Laptop Cooler Pad
I purchased a havit 17" Laptop Cooler Cooling Pad for my alien R4 (it has been having overheating problem due to a faulty fan issue). Anyways, the pad is lightweight, which i appreciate because the laptop is heavy enough. It does a fine job keeping the air flow well ventilated. My only wish was that it had a USB connector on both ends of the unit. Because the air intake on my laptop is on the back-end, and the 2 fans on the cooling pad are on the front. Otherwise it looks & works great!
Justifiable quality for the price
Well, build quality of gaming items are pretty flimsy, but for the budget-friendly price, that's justifiable. Overall though, very satisfied with their gaming products, as a person who is on a tight budget.
