Great Pick-Up Service-Recommend
Our driver Vram provided excellent service!! He arrived to our hotel (Pullman Eiffel Tower Hotel) very promptly and he drove us to the airport and provided a bottle of water for the car ride per person, and helped with our luggage!! The service was outstanding! Definitely recommend! And will use again!!

Excellent service to airport
This is our third time using PROFI Driver for a transfer to the airport in Paris and the service is unbeatable! Our driver was at our pick-up address more than 15 minutes ahead of time and was extremely courteous. The car was very clean and comfortable, and there was water for the trip. The driver knew how to avoid the heavy Sunday traffic and we arrived without any delay. At the airport he helped us find a cart for the luggage and assisted with loading it. We would recommend this car serviced without hesitation! Excellent on every level.

Excellent service to airport
We found the online booking and payment process to be very easy and smooth.
Our driver provided exceptional service. He was in front of the hotel 20 minutes in advance and was extremely courteous and helpful. He knew useful routes and managed to avoid the heavy traffic to the airport so we arrived without any delay. He helped us to get carts for our luggage and was extremely efficient. After our driver was 15 minutes late…
After our driver was 15 minutes late and we had heard nothing from them, I called the US customer service hotline. The driver had not even been dispatched yet. The driver showed up, 35 minutes after our scheduled time. Had we not called, I'm not sure they would have showed up at all. Very disappointed as this was pre-arranged and pre-paid in a foreign country. We had no driver number or contact name in advance.
